Best TV in its class.I did alot of research and feel this beats the Samsung.Sony phone support for setup and questions is awesome. If your looking for a great TV look no further.Facial tones are the best you are going to see.

The picture quality is exceptional. This tv has all the latest smart tv features. It is 3D capable and comes with four active shutter glasses. There is a picture setting called "game" that turns off all smart filters and reduces screen lag to almost nothing.

After a lot of research I decided on this TV. I don't regret it. The picture is outstanding. Movies and games (I have a PS3) look crisp and sharp. It did cost more than similar tv's, but I think it is worth the price.

This is the best LED out there. I wanted a plasma but they were gone when I was ready to buy. My research led me to this TV and it does not disappoint. The black levels are great, for an LED, although still not inky black like a plasma. 3D viewing is good, as long as it is a 3D movie and not the 2D to 3D conversion. The internet is just a waste of money as I have a PC, PS3, and PS4 hooked up and since those run through my home theater system and are easier to use, I just use those for online content. Great TV all around, and I'd recommend this to anyone looking for an LED.

I had my eye on this one for awhile. Finally bought it and have been very happy with it. I've had it a few weeks and still haven't calibrated it. I don't think there's too much I could do to improve the picture. I bought a Sony surround system as well. The nice thing about Sony products is they play good together. Seamless, really. 3D is really good, too.

I've had my eye on this TV since it came out last year. Once the TV dropped almost 50% off it's original price I grabbed it. I love this TV for many reasons, but first and foremost is the picture quality. It is by far, the best picture quality on a non-4K TV that I've ever seen.

I replaced a 46" Sony XBR with this 55". The picture is great and the built in Wi-Fi is nice. The speakers on my old one were front facing so I think it may have sounded a little better. I would def recommend this Sony to anyone, The next step up from this is the 4k ultra.

We heard so many reviews saying that the sound is bad due to it being so thin. Even in the store, the sound was hard to hear. Once we got it home, perfect. I am so happy we didn't buy the suggested sound bar. It is no needed at all. The picture/color is great. The remote is easy to use. The set up was easy. This is for sure the perfect TV.

This is good high def tv that seems to meet my needs so far. Doesn't always sync up with Youtube account the way it should--not sure if that is Sony's problem or Youtube's problem. Have not tried all of the features yet (Netflix, Hulu). If we were to do it all over again, we would walk out of the store with the same tv for the price.

I enjoy the picture quality and the ease of setup. The Sony TV we purchased before this only lasted 2 years, so I am hoping the quality of this TV is better. On a recommendation from the independent repair shop, we bought the 5 year warranty with this TV.

I've just recently installed this TV and have not had a chance to use it that much yet. Also, I'm just learning about some of its capabilities. So far, I've been very impressed and I don't know what more you could ask from a TV. Picture is especially good. The colors seem "warmer" than is often the case with LED screens.

Picture quality is 2nd only to the new 4K or whatever they're called. It's a smart TV, but won't connect to the internet at my house and geek squad can't figure out why. Said I might need a new wireless router even though mine isn't quite 2 years old. Besides that, I'm not a gadget guy and there is just too much stuff on this TV to tinker with. Those more tech-inclined will probably love it. I just want a great picture and that's it, but you can't get one without all the extras anymore.

Great colors. outstanding picture quality. The only downside is connecting to internet is not perfect. Also, not able to get close caption when connected to dish.

This TV is a great TV with outstanding picture quality. The only minor negative is that it doesn't have every single possible smartTV application like a Samsung does, but the fact that the picture quality is far superior more than makes up for this.

Have not used it long enough to use all features. Seems to be what I expected. 3D works well. Very clear picture.

This is an excellent television with more features than I will use. It was easy to set up and connect to the internet and my home network. It is nice to be able to view photos and videos from my PC.

I am extremely happy with this new Sony 55 inch TV. I love the sharp picture and beautiful color. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a crystal clear high definition picture.

We really wanted to go with an older model because of price but bit the bullet and got this model. We couldn't be happier with the quality and capability of this TV. We haven't been able to use all the features yet but look forward to many years of TV enjoyment. Thanks Nick for guiding us to the Sony.

Great tv, got it at a great price (thanks best buy!). Has the best lag time out of any tv on the market so it's great for gaming, especially for shooters. Picture is great and sound is actually pretty good for tv speakers. If you are thinking about getting it, do it! You won't be disappointed!

If you play video games, watch or stream movies everything about the picture on this TV is EXCELLENT!!! Don`t look any further than this TV you won`t regret this purchase SONY ROCKS!!!
