This TV has been a breeze to operate from the beginning. It will automatically update and let us know when it is ready.

The picture is great but my problem is sometimes the remote control is a bit unresponsive. Or the area where the remote and the tv make a connection are very small.

It wa delivered and setup, it is very easy to operate, picture is marvelous. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I really like the tv and the quality is good as well. Plus smart tv you can do anything like streaming from iPhone or laptop it's very easy not like in the old day.

Have to wait and see if the 4Kis as good as they say. Like the TV . It's lighter and inputs are easier to connect.

Started out looking for 65 inch. looked at super HD and HD. the picture difference couldn't justify the price difference so went with HD and 55 inch. very pleased.

I've been shopping around for a while looking for a 4k TV and this one really met all my needs at a great price.

Great picture, great sound, decent menu system. Button layout on remote control is horrendous, flimsy construction, poor electrical contacts in battery compartment causes frequent failure of controller to function. Remote has no light either.

Just when I thought I could not get a better Sony TV. This TV by far has a supreme picture and is worth the buy!

This is a great tv. The refresh rate is quality so sports/games/movies with lots going on come in really clear. The picture quality is very good, especially how everything automatically upgrades to the highest available definition. I am very happy with my purchase.

I went ahead and got a 4K now and it's got a great picture. The installers were quick and explained everything.

We wanted to venture into the 4K world without spending a fortune, knowing that technology advances faster than our purchases. This was a great intro into 4K. Sony has always been our first choice, and this was no exception. We have had the tv for a few months now, and are very pleased with the purchase.

Totally happy with the tv, despite spending $200 more than we planned on spending walking in. We were looking for some sale items advertised on the website. Most were sold out by the time we got there. We were discouraged from getting one of the last ones that fell within our budget because of some sort of flaw with the 4g engine (or something like that). We were then pointed toward a tv that was $100 more than we were going to spend and we decided that we would go that way. As we were checking out, one of the salesmen at the counter noticed my hockey fan hat and asked if I was buying this tv. "Yes, why?". He then told be that the update rate was only 60Hz and I had specifically told my sales guy that I needed 120Hz minimum for sports and games. We were then pointed to the next tv up the line...$100 more. I made the purchase despite feeling a bit off-put and duped. Got it home, hooked it up and turned it on. Felt less off-put. Great product, just wish the sales staff was more educated on what they sold and listened better to what I want.
