The TV is amazing. It is easy to use and has an amazing picture.

this smart TV is very easy to use and set up the picture quality is great the controls are easy to understand and to use. The only down side is the fact that at times I feel that a sound bar and/or bass would be needed, I know great audio is a thing of the past but I do wish more attention to audio would be considered, other than an additional sale

Bought a 50" Samsung LED TV through Best Buy in July 2014 and the LED's went out in February 2016. Apparently this is known problem with Samsung LED TV's. Took it to the Samsung authorized service center who informed me that Samsung does not offer replacement LED strips - the only option it so replace the entire screen with LCD ($800 for the screen alone) and I decided never to buy Samsung again. I immediately started shopping Sony TV's as they have always been reliable in the past and have easily lasted 15+ years. I bought this Sony 4k Ultra in February and was impressed with the out of the box picture settings. The Smart TV functions are also straight forward and the easy to use. Three months later and I am just as happy with it as the day I brought it home.

Bought this tv a little over a month ago and have spent every night in front of it ever since. The 4K display and multi input is wonderful. I am little skeptical or the android TV's interface via the push button remote, but to be fair I am bias to the Apple TV experience, which looks amazing on this display btw. I am very happy with this TV experience each time I turn it on. No regrets whatsoever. I have to say that, as with most flat screens if you're trying to see the screen from an angle, the image will be distorted. I've adapted my view point to not be out of eye shot, so if you need a large radius of viewability for the picture, this is not the tv for you. The key is to not be more than 20 or 30 degrees from dead center of the picture and you'll be fine.

This TV exceeded all my expectations. Simple yet beautiful

my room feels like a mini movie theater. Picture is perfect. Great clarity. Wish sound was better but sound bar will fix that small issue. Lots of awesome features, completely satisfied. Would recommend to everyone.

At the time, this was the only 4k 55 inch tv with a 120k refresh rate. I have not been disappointed. Everything I've watched, from sports to movies, has been great! Yes it was a few bucks more but worth every penny.

would give it 3 1/2 stars but no option for half rating. Picture is really good. but remote sucks big time and sound is horrific. if you have a sound bar and use other remote than this TV ROCKS as far as picture. BUT you will definitely need to use a sound bar or sound system
