Easy to setup and get running. Not as sharp of picture as 850 model but still very good

4K TV is pretty incredible. Even network programming is noticeably better than my 1080p Panasonic Viera I had previously. It's even a little spooky how good the details are on this TV. I hope this holds up better than my previous TVs that both had the power supply go out. Thank goodness for Geek Squad protection! Was super easy and I got a better TV than I had before! I don't really use the 'smart' features but I did set them all up (I use my Xbox one for Netflix, etc) and it was simple. The only downside was for some reason the NHLTV app isn't available on Sony TVs, even though it's an Android OS. NHL is stupid anyway, you can't stream game center live via direct tv, no matter what they tell you!

Had to replace my previous TV after it got hit by lightning. Did lots of reading online and for size, features and price it was a no brainier. Actually like the TV more the longer I have it!

I spent the first week not believing how much better this looked that my previous TV (non-Sony, non 4K). Even animated movies (i.e. Cars, Good Dinosaur) look so much better in 4K on this thing.

Love Sony products, so far most everything about this TV is great, Because of the location of the speakers (located on the bottom), sound is a little off, will need a sound bar in the very near future, but, for now it's good.

Very happy with this TV, and was able to negotiate a great price on the open box set.

Purchased my Sony Bravia 4K tv, because I wanted to have a better resolution screen for my video games. Turned out, I haven't even had time to play video games with it. However, I think that my overall tv watching experience only went up. Beautiful colors and no lag in the picture, makes it worth the while.

Perfect picture can hardly wait for more programs to be broadcast in 4HD. I am still finding features. Simple to use so far. Interesting people are not as pretty as they are on regular tv

I got this tv as an open item and my friend told me it was a great tv for the price. It was a total steal. Tv definitely passes the simple to use test. 4k content on netflix looks great.

So glad I made the leap to 4k.Our old tv was a 46in. rear projection hd that was about 13 yrs old and still working.Went in with the intention of buying a regular 1080 in the $400-600 range.I didn't have too much knowledge of 4k.The salesperson correctly convinced me that this is the future of tv.Apparently our cable co.does not have 4k in our area yet but the picture quality and definition are fabulous and when 4k comes in we are ready.Love the 55in screen and the audio is better than I expected.Was told I might want to get a soundbar or something else but I held off.We sit about 12ft away and it's ok for us.So glad I spent the extra and went 4k.Love this tv!

Sony produces a good product and one that will last for a number of years! I am very pleased with my new Sony Smart TV. The clarity of the picture is wonderful and color is outstanding.

This is a very good value in TV. The picture is great and the football mode enhances the viewing and is must for a sports fan. The refresh rate in sports mode makes offers great viewing.

Big 55" screen is large enough for most rooms. The picture is sharp and the sound is good but does not get loud enough. Great features with the built in Android TV makes it very versatile. The only other drawback is the lack of HDR forward compatibility but there is very little HDR content anyhow.

This television is very nice and very easy to set up. It has a great picture, even though it lacks HDR and the triluminos display. I didn't feel that either of those was worth an extra $400 for a higher model since the content for HDR is still very limited. Minimal picture adjustments are required depending on your viewing environment. The only downside to this tv is the reflections on the screen, but this is not limited to Sony. TV screens are all glossy now and matte is just a fond memory. This makes it a bit difficult to view in a bright room during the daytime, so I invested in some room darkening curtains that helped tremendously. Also, there is some small flash lighting on the left side during dark scenes, but nothing too bad. Overall an excellent TV that does exactly what it's supposed to...Provide a great picture.

This is the best tv I've ever owned. The picture quality is amazing and I couldn't have asked for an easier to use product. We got this for under $1000 and it was worth every penny.

The picture is really nice. It was easy to set up. Some reviews mentioned sound was not great. We bought a surround system and the experience is really nice. Great picture quality.

Brought back tv no remote in box. Plus no box tv was bubble wrapped.

We have 3 other Sony TVs in the house so purchasing this on the spur of the moment at a great price i seemed pretty confident. The only challenge i've had is the built-in DirecTV RVU isn't supported by DirecTV yet. The tech spent several hours trying to get it to work and finally was informed by his support team that. How is it we are at the end of 2015 and Best Buy and Sony sell a 2015 model TV that is DirecTV ready yet DirecTV says they don't support it?!? Here's the list DirecTV currently supports: https://support.directv.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4385 Someone needs to get this straightened out because DirecTV couldn't tell me when they will support it. I don't see how Best Buy and Sony can sell TVs like this. I was very close to boxing this up and taking it back to get a Samsung.

After having made an unwise choice purchase, I returned to the Evergreen Best Buy, where they recommended the Sony, then arranged an exchange. I am very pleased with this TV.
