I have asked several people at Best Buy and online but no one seems to have a solution for this audio output problem.. I was able to use the headphones with my previous SONY Bravia TV and am disappointed with this. Otherwise, the TV is great.

Great Picture and Functions

Debated on the 65", but decided the 55" would be large enough and the price was right. Excellent picture quality. I like the home page function for the apps such as Netflix, Youtube, Amazon, etc. I have it connected via LAN and the connection speed is great. Speakers are also surprisingly good. I purchased a sound bar, but only use it half the time due to the good speaker quality.
