Our smaller Sony TV actually had a better refresh rate, and a full array led panel.... The caveat being it waa 13" smaller, 1080P and came at the exact same price 2 years prior. Overall the refresh and panel lighting differences are negated by the size, resolution and processing power upgrades.

All in all this is a smart looking, well playing TV. Sometimes we have an occasional problem. The lips and voices get out of sync. I don't know if it has anything to do with the Sony sound bar we purchased with the TV or not. To me it seems to happen when going back to cable after using a smart tv function, especially if I've used the FF or RR buttons. My daughter has the exact same TV, but no sound bar and hers doesn't do it.

This was a last minute purchase read reviews watched the tv in the store. Good picture and sound.

Easy to set up and the picture has been perfect ever since. Works well with all other components.

Good sony tv for the price , only downside is the sony remote could be designed better

Great picture quality! Tech dummy friendly! Get a sound bar. That is my only complaint.

Like any new electronic device, the first 2 weeks are infuriating. Once I play with it enough I feel certain I'm going to love it. I was able to set up and install the TV. I asked Best Buy for a tutorial about the "smart" functions and was told for $100.00 I would get about a half hour of personal tech support. That's a great profit margin on their end. I guess I'll have to trial and error my $800.00 TV on my own.

I bought this TV for my parents. The picture and the features were very good for the money.

after getting set up with both tv's, i've enjoyed picture quality improvement.

I previously owned a 49” hd tv and wanted to move into a 4K tv, so I did my research and decided to go with this Sony 55” 4K tv and I had my doubts at first cause I wasn’t seen the difference, but once I found some true 4K content I quickly saw the difference and knew I made the right choice with this tv

Love the picture quality, but the interface needs work. Also the response to the remote lags.

The picture is sharp and clear. I like the feature to help set up using Google

Overall I'm fine with this product, was told it was a step up from Samsumg, similar model. It has a Bluetooth capability which is difficult to connect to, this was the main reason why I purchased it. I ended up purchasing an optical cable to connect to the speakers/system I have which is Bluethooth capable. In addition, you need to have Mirror Cast to screen anything on, which worked fine with my previous Samsumg.

It was one of my first smart tv and it was an open box. It being an open box I thought this tv wasn’t going to be a great tv. And since it was an open box and a floor tv model we got it for such a great deal. Not only was the price amazing but the tv itself wa super super awesome!!

We bought a brand new Sony Bravia TV 1+1/2 years ago. But the amount of time the tv has been used is more line 8 months, since the home is used for only 6 months per year. Yesterday it started to continually turn itself on and off for hours. The only way we could turn is off was to reach behind the mounted TV and unplug it, which is not easy nor safe! Contacted Sony for advise and they simply said "out of warranty, read our helpful solutions...bye." The solutions they listed did not work or apply. So buy their extended warranty because Sony has joined the ranks of companies that build their product so that is lasts 1 year and not much more.

I would recommend this to my family and friends. Good picture and sound
