My initial response to a Sony was not a positive one however after having a television for several months I must admit it is much better than I thought it would be I would recommend it to anybody looking for a 4K TV at the medium level

Our new Sony 4k television has been a fabulous hit with the whole family!! We viewed various televisions at Best Buy before deciding on this one. Multiple sales persons assisted my Wife & me & were all very helpful; not pushy at all.

We have owned 3 Sony televisions since the mid-nineties. Each had the best picture for their time period and none have ever had a problem of any kind. Replacements made to attain larger screen or new technology, HD for example.

Adequate connection possibilities and nice picture.

We wanted this tv mainly for the refresh rate. Watching sports and action films will be much more realistic without the pixelation. The remote is good also because we now just push a single button for Netflix or Amazon.

This TV is bright, clear and the refresh rate keeps the action in focus. It was a huge upgrade to my 10 year old Toshiba LED 1080P TV.

No problems so far. Seems to be working just fine.

Got it at a great price. Would be a bit expensive at its regular cost. Doesn’t compare to my OLED, but half the price. Smart functions are about average. Not the speediest, but nice to have onboard functions of Google.

Just got this TV today, so may update more, but it's been fantastic. Setup was easy and on screen prompts led you step by step. Clarity on the TV has been great. Will only get better once Comcast upgrades to 4k output.

This TV had great picture quality, but input lag was lacking for playing fps on my xbox. It also didn’t play nice with my bose receiver. For sone reason it wouldn’t turn off, the tv keptturning back on when my receiver was connected through ARC. My controller would turn off the TV and receiver, and in a few seconds everything would turn back on, I exchanged it gor a samsung and no longer have this problem and input lag is so much better.

We watch a lot of movies and the black levels on this TV were terrible. The picture quality was decent at times, but just too outdated for 2019. The TV also tilts back on the stand (as per Sony's design) which annoyed and concerned me. I returned it and went with a Vizio P-series and for only $150 more! And wow, what a difference. I highly recommend the Vizio P-Series TV; super dark and inky blacks and very rich colors. Beats the Sony in every aspect. Bottom line, don't waste your money on this Sony TV.

Have only had the TV a few days, so far so good. Wanted me to sign in to use the enhanced voice features through Google, which I used my phone to set up, and it wouldn't use the same Google account. Not sure why. Have always had great luck with Sony products, hope it continues.

I already had the 75' so I wanted another one to put in my bedroom. I love the fact that it is an android T.V. you can download all your favorite apps, the remote is voice operated. Great Purchase

After reviewing tv after tv my family and I finally decided on the Sony 55”. It has all the functions most high end TVs have and I’m still learning new things as I go. It’s a great tv for the price.

Awesome product bought as a gift for our son . This smart TV has been a great addition and was highly recommended for the awesome picture resolution which is important when he plays his XBox game .

I recently bought a Tv Sony and I am extremely happy with the product and the excellent service that I received at Best Buy. They highly recommend me to buy the sound system is well and I am so happy.
