SONY Flat screen TV, Great Product, and BRAND, above and beyond sales support by BEST BUY Rep. LEVI , excellent product knowledge and customer focus.

Most went well except when TV control set up was done. When they said they were done and I tested remote, it didn't work correctly : TV button turned on VCR not TV. Installer said he didn't know how to fix it and if I figured it out to let him know and they left. I did figure it out in less then 60 seconds. Also, the installers who showed up were not the installers I was told would be coming. So getting it physically installed was fine but the fine points to run remote and TV were not good.

wanted a 4k t,v. for the bedroom so wife and I could enjoy our favorite shows and movies. now we want a larger one for the family room, same make and model.

MY MOM NEEDED A NEW TV, CONSIDERING HER'S WAS NEARLY 30 YRS. OLD. SINCE I HAD THIS SAME SONY 55" AND KNEW HOW WELL I LIKED IT, THIS TV WAS JUST WHAT SHE NEEDED.

Went in looking to buy a less expensive tv but after looking over all the choices we decided it was worth the extra money for the better brand.

We thought we were going to buy another Samsung. However, after viewing several models and brands, this one gave us the best benefit for the money.

Bought this to replace my old 40" Sony and couldn't be happier. Plan on purchasing a sound bar to maximize the movie watching experience.

Purchased for business Conference Room Suite. Super easy assembly. Best Buy Geek installation was quick. Very impressed with the quality.

It was really good tv i enjoyed the operating smart system (andriod) I can download any app i want , the screen and sound is good too

I chose this because of its processor speed. It made expectation. Netflix delivers 4K resolution taking full advantage of this product capability

The TV is working fine but the audio doesn't seem to be working with the ceiling speakers only the Samsung Entertainment System speakers. I went thru audio setup and it says surround sound is on. Not sure what happened.

We are really happy with this purchase. We didn’t originally plan on such a big screen, but now we are very glad we decided to go big.

It has its flaws. Such as there being a slight audio delay when unpausing a video, or it not properly connecting with a phone app (such as YouTube). But otherwise, no issues and looks great.

I mostly bought this device due to the history of all Sony products I’ve purchased in the past. This certainly lives up to that reputation other than the black levels could be something to work on for future.
