I'm enjoying my beautiful TV.The picture and sound are so perfect. My whole family loves the TV. I'm enjoying watching movies and sporting events. I've told all my friends about the TV and the exceptional service I received at Best Buy. I will continue to recommend Best Buy.

The TV picture is top notch and with HDR makes it one of the best sets on the market. The only issue is the god awful slow remote. You can fix this by continually cleaning the cache in the settings option but still a pain none the less. This TV also works great with Google Home and Spotify. I can tell Google to play my favorite albums and with Spotify on the TV as an app it will play through my high end stereo.

I don't need anything crazy so i decided to up the size and go for the 800 instead of the 900. I haven't been disappointed in my decision so far. I love the scene in Star Trek where they play the Beastie Boys and the hive bites the dust. I looks great. If your not picky and need a smart TV this is a good choice. It may even be a great choice, I wouldn't be the guy that knows.

This picture on this is beautiful. I originally came in for the 720e but once I saw this screen I knew I had to have it. I have it hooked up to a Xbox One X and the picture is amazing. Old games look better and make me want to replay through them. Definitely recommend.

Our family made the 4K plunge after a lot of research. We purchased this Sony and have been very pleased. The picture is crisp and bright. The images are clean from every seat in our room - no visible distortion from any less-than-perfect seating. The set-up was easy, and we were enjoying a movie that evening. We are very happy with it and watching TV is much more enjoyable than with our old TV - sports, movies, and nature shows are all bigger and clearer to watch. Great purchase!

Everything I was looking for in a 4K UHD tv. I got it open box for a great deal and it's my own personal home cinema. Get a great 4k player and a recent HDMI 2160 cable for the defining experience. I've never seen colors so vividly displayed, even in the apps like youtube! Only nitpick is that I wish turning something on that's connected to it didn't automatically switch it over to that analog but between the smart features and the great 4k quality, this is a wonderful tv.

Very impressed with the TV. Though I use a soundbar, compared to my old Samsung, the speakers are far better. Picture quality is excellent as well, even when watching 1080p and even older shows in 480p. The only thing I don't like is the stand feels kind of cheap.

TV is good, HDR, 4K picture quality is all awesome. Find a lag may be a second when using remote, probably because of android. Apps are kind of stable always.

We swallowed hard and stuck with a tried and true brand in spite of the enticement to buy something a little bit cheaper. The colors are just so crisp and the reliability has never been a factor for us. We have had several Sony TVs and never any problems. Got off track once and that other brand of TV did not last but a few years and then started having problems.

This (bedroom) TV has a great picture. It is a smart TV and it is easy to operate. All TVs should be this simple. Highly recommended.

We recently upgraded from our 39" Samsung to this 55" Sony and are thoroughly enjoying it! It automatically linked all our accounts using Google, has a great picture, voice-activated commands and great sound. We are loving having it in our family room!

Very user friendly TV. Smart part seems to work great. Do not see all the hype from the 4HD but has a great picture either way. This does not do all that sales person said hence the 4 stars. . Still had to have Roku connected to it in order to do DirectTVNow. Only owned a few weeks but so far it is working nicely and believe it to be a really good buy.

I haven't had it very long, but so far there's pretty much nothing I don't like about this Sony 4K TV. I'm not an expert with all of this fancy stuff, but all I know is the picture quality is great and it has more features than I will likely ever use.

I wish I could give it 4.5 stars, but that's not an option. The picture this screen projects is simply lifelike in 4k/ultra HD. I see more, if that makes sense. Streams Netflix and Amazon Prime (both have 4k content, I believe) with dedicated remote buttons for each. Connects to and controls our older Sony Amplifier (3-4 yrs old) and even allows settings control through the monitor's software and remote. My only somewhat negative remarks are probably things that don't really matter all that much. Boot up time while connected to the amp is a bit long, pretty expected. But the software can also be slow to react to commands which cause a lot of waiting when your bouncing around menus and pages. Maybe one day a software update can help with that. All in all, me and my family recommend it!

excellent TV, the android operating system is very friendly and I can install many applications to play content online, the colors of the image are very vivid and natural, the sales person of best buy helped me with my decision to choose this TV

It took 10 minutes to set up. Instructions were great. The picture is fantastic. No blurs with motion. Not sure about the sound quality from the built in speakers. I bought a sound bar.

Great tv would recommend this Sony tv to friends and family . I have had this set for a month now and so far a huge improvement over old Samsung 50 “ set I used to own . Easy to use good smart features and pleanty of connection ports for hdmi and others . Have not owned a Sony before this is my first Sony tv . Only regret I have is not going with next size up ? Love this tv though and has beautiful picture.

I love the Android TV OS. I can easily connect my android phone to the TV. I like the apps that it has available and the 4 HDMI ports are a must have. Thought I would need a sound bar for it but the built in speakers are high quality.
