Don't waste your money

This causes the sound to make loud snapping and popping noises when I F/F and R/W DVR or when I change channels. Spend hours on phone with tech support, no help. Finally, an update comes down and only partially fixes problem. So it was an update that breaks the sound and a new update only partially fixes it. Think Sony tech support is any help? NOT!!!! Turns out other Sony models are experiencing this same problem. If you don't believe me, Google Sony clicking and popping sound when changing channels. This has been ongoing for a while across many models. You've been warned, stay away from Sony Bravia TV's

Awesome picture

But after 8 months it developed 2 small lines that ran across the bottom portion of the screen. Cost more to fix than repair. Bought the warranty so it was covered, exchanged tv.
