    I bought this TV a week and ago and I noticed vertical lines on the screen. I am not happy! I wouldn’t recommend this TV.

    Awesome tv HDMI ports died for no reason Sony did have ever fits this for free because luckily it was still under warranty

    No manufacturerer warranty on the screen. Cant be replaced. A supreme bummer to an otherwise worthwhile purchase

    I brought this tv to enjoy the 4k tv of Sony. I thought sony would be the best of all other brands. But I am not getting sony picture quality. Sound is also not good. I had Samsung 4k before which was better than this. I wish I get it better pucture abd sound. Looks is good and setting up is easy.

    Stick with the higher end Sony. The "middle of the road" one's don't match up.

    It worked fine and then totally died in August 2020. It was purchased in October 2017. Repairman said it was a known problem with this model.

    This TV worked for approx 1 year and a month and then the screen went black. Just my luck, a month out of Warranty. After looking for a fix in Sony's support pages and getting no help I searched online for help and saw that this was a common issue. Typically right after Warranty. Buyer beware and get extended warranty.

    This is my 2nd Sony Bravia tv, I gave up on the 1st one after they replaced all the boards. Now this one is starting to do the same things. They have said now they know there's a software problem. If they fix this glitch, this could be a Great Tv. I would go as far as to say if they fix the glitch I would give the Tv a 5-star rating!

    Background lighting ,fit ,finish and sound are good. If you have an iPhone the google features are worthless, UHD up conversion is poor. Review all brands before making a choice on a moderately priced UHD.

    'smart TV' wouldn't allow spectrum app nor Direct tv app was not advertised as google tv TV quit working 2 years later and geek squad said to expensive to fix. Sony got me on this one....

    Not impressed with the picture quality. This is my second Sony. Granted, this is a lesser expensive model than my other Sony I am really disappointed in the pixelation that occurs and the lack of clarity. I switched from Samsung to Sony after having longevity issues with Samsung. I would take this back if I could. I don't recommend it. There are way better options for the same money.

    Inpuchase this "SMART TV" on June 4th 2018. Its always disconnecting from the wifi...Now it can not even connect to the wifi,phone,tablet and other devices I have. This "SMART TV" I'd not worth the money do NOT BUY

    This tv was a disappointment. Sony normally has Top notch products. Sadly, the screen resolution and color we dull and made us second guess if we were looking at an SD channel. We ended up returning it for a Vizio.
