This tv is not much to brag about. Yes it has 4K HDR and yes is has a very good name attached to it. But really if you go to a store and compare this tv which is edge lit to another 4K HDR tv that is back panel lit, you will undoubtedly see a world of difference! With the brightness and true darkness of the colors. Take the time and do a little research into the inner workings of the displays, not just looking at it in the store and saying oh that one looks good!

Lovely picture on large screen. Once again, however, very long, annoying setup procedures.

Great picture and easy to navigate. Best Buy staff were very helpful to us and really explained the differences in operating systems between the Sony and the LGE we were also considering. Set up was so easy. And I am not great with navigating but have no problems with this TV.

Liked the TV so much...bought a second one. Beautiful image quality and nice refresh rate.

The picture is very clear with HDR.It is very enjoyable to watch. There are quite a few apps in the TV. I haven't had a chance to check them all yet. You may not need a Roku since Netflix and Amazon are included. The only draw back is that my tv is mounted on the wall. If I add a new device , I would have to take it off the wall because the outlets are on the back of the TV

This sony tv has an absolutely great picture. The picture is vivid and doesn't look like your looking at a picture or painting like many others. Picture looks clear and real as if your actually there live. Easy setup and use. Remote is voice activated.

For picture quality, this is a great product. The reason I am only giving it 4/5 stars is due to some frustrations with the software. For a long time, the TV would only remain connected to WiFi for 10 seconds and then would lose connection. This has since been fixed with a software update. The remote is also kind of clunky and cluttered. Overall, would still recommend.

Love the quality of this Sony TV paired with the sound bar. Good price for this size TV.

TV was easy to set up and works great. It has a great picture and sound works well also.

I just went from a Sony Trinitron Tube Tv to this new Sony Smart Yv. The picture is so clear and the colors are sharp. The sound is good also. It sits across the room and can be viewed by half round couch and picture is good at all angles.

This is a great quality tv. Wasn’t intending to purchase but sales rep talked us into it

When our previous SONY died on us after 10 years of nonstop use, we decided to get another SONY (cannot give up, its difficult to settle with another brand after having SONY this many years). We compared the features of all on BestBuy website and went to the store to see the actual pictures. Then, we decided to get this one, which is the best choice to fulfill our need and fits in our budget. One problem is that our closest BestBuy did not have it, (due to high popularity!!) and we had to go to another store. BestBuy has the option to send it to your home, but we preferred to get it ASAP. Great TV, great store!

Sony makes a great product for a great price. I could not believe the price tag on a 55” tv. Once we got the tv home and unboxed, set up was a breeze. The on-screen menu steps you right through the set up. The features that are built into the tv are an added bonus.

This TV is the best I have had to date! Excellent picture and sound quality combined with easy set up made it a joy to get started. If you are an android user you will appreciate that it can, seamlessly and automatically, connect to your device upon initial setup.

So far this TV has performed well. The color is excellent and I would recommend this TV
