Simply because it is an edge lit tv and in my opinion, the color panel and contrast depth is nowhere close to a backlit tv. Just my opinion, but definitely a valid point that should be considered.

I was told that it had Bluetooth but upon trying to connect my Bose Bluetooth headphones I could not get them to pair up. Upon trying to find out why they would not pair up I discovered that Sony Bluetooth is NOT compatible with all other types of Bluetooth. Very disappointed with Sony about this.

So was alot for me to return. Picked this up and LOVE it. The colors are ridiculous, especially watching 4k. 1 star off for the edge lit panel. Blacks aren't truly black. I can forgive it. The android platform works great. Easy set up as I have a galaxy phone...Overall great TV! Not a $1500 TV, so have realistic expectations. They exceeded mine.
