I was attempting to purchase a tv with the clarity my son has on a Samsung tv. It looked pretty good in the store but it does not compare. His tv is so sharp it looks 3d. It looks like you could cut it it is so clear. Amazing. Couldn't get husband to help me to get it returned so guess we are keeping it Don't get me wrong it is a good image, just not supreme as the one my son has that he got for $600 on a black friday weekend purchase in 2012 or 2013. Dissapointed as I thought with all they hype of uhd 4k I would get it.

My wife and I decided to buy a new and bigger television as we were moving into a new home. We were deciding between the less expensive 49 inch model but decided to go with the 55 inch and we were glad we did. It’s the right size for our living room with a very nice picture. The geek squad installed it and took his time explaining the features. That itself was worth the money.

Very good picture and purchased on sale. Easy setup and easy to use.

Excellent color and clarity. Sharp picture from outdoor antenna and streaming TV. Bought a different 55” brand previously but was not happy with the picture quality. Went back to Best Buy and upgraded to Sony. They exchanged it for me without a hassle and I only paid the difference. Good business decision on their part as I would definitely buy from them again.

Crazy clear picture. Great color. Sony hands down better picture than Samsung.

This TV is very good, but one reason I bought it was for the voice control. I was quite disappointed that it doesn't do what I thought it would. It does not interface with Amazon prime so you can't use it to find programs there.

Bought this TV recently,It is worth every penny.Watching movies on this TV is a whole new experience in terms of color,depth and clarity.You pick up on the smallest things when looking at Movies for example a spec of grass amidst a scene with dirt.Also being an Android device you can pretty much do anything you do on your phone when it comes to streaming and much more.

This television is crystal clear and very easy to use. I recommend to all.

Man I can't congratulate myself enough for buying this TV, looks cool, sounds not bad and the image is just great whether I use it for my videogames, my BD or whatever I plug in, upscale makes things look real good. Only complain is that sometimes it loses network connectivity and you have to set it up again but it is a minor nuisance compared to how good the OS is.

GreatTV we are loving it, the only thing that would be great is if it had a mini keyboard to makes things easier .. internet access having to type through a on screen keyboard going up and down it’s out of time already...

Easy set up, good look and great picture. Easy to learn and use the remote.

I have the 900 series in the same size in my movie room so there was no question to get this for the living room. Even though it's not the 900 series it still gives great depth and color especially on 4k visuals. Replaced a defective Hisense 4k tv when this dropped in price.
