Wandered into the store planning to just look and get some info but couldn't pass up the sale on this model. Major upgrade from our previous TV, Sony doesn't disappoint on picture quality. Great when watching 4K movies. Thinner and lighter. Great fit for the room. Sound quality is ok, better wth sound bar. Love the smart features.

The picture and sound quality are outstanding. Even though the Geek Squad (who did an excellent job) installed it for me, the quick installation instructions were easy to understand and user friendly. I would not hesitate to buy another Sony 55" TV.

Only had it for a month, but so far everything works great and looks great! They were able to deliver it to us and mounted it for us. (worth the extra money to get it mounted). This TV is now on sale for $799.99. Could have saved $100, but other than that it's perfect.

So glad that he did. The picture is so much better/sharper than my Samsung and Vizio. Worth a little extra without going for the really expensive TV's.
