My last Samsung trouble connecting to internet, vizio broke within less than 2 years of purchase and consistently had issues with vizio connectivity. Definitely love the picture and the apps. The only complaint, no sleep button on remote!

Great UI, beautiful picture and color, some work to integrate google home, the IR blaster can get annoying, but overall very very good tv. (Battieries for remove may not last that long- ~6 months) i just replaced them today. -i have 3 sony bravia smart tv’s-

Great TV, but Network connection is faulty

I had a cheap TCL TV before this one that died after 14 months ownership. The difference besides the Picture is the TCL was flawless on the Netwok side and I never had network or App issues. On this Sony, I get apps freezing sometimes like Netlix and Prime once I try to watch a video. The movie just won't start or will try to start and will jvst get a pixelated screen. I am getting 50mbps download, so it is not the connection like Sony says. Most times, when I completely close down the app and re-open, then it works. Hence, the TV. Also, every time I turn on TV, it starts up with the last app that I was using on the same channel. Each and every single time, it freezes up and says there is a network problem. I have to close out app and reopen or goto another App to get it to work. I can work around both of these issues as I dig the TV a good deal, but it can be a hassle. On the other hand, the $300 TCL TV I had last year never had either of these issues, but was just a cheap TV. Regardless, I like having a solid TV with this fantastic picture over the TCL. Will see if this TV lasts longer than the TCL did at 14 months. Time wll tell if this is that good of a deal.
