Execellent picture quality and just really great overall. It's so fun to have all the apps at your finger tips. You can view pretty much anything you want with this television. I love it.

Went to store looking for a cheaper model but settled on this one because of the better picture quality and color.

Bad taste in my mouth with samsung years back. Great UI, beautiful picture and color, some work to integrate google home, the IR blaster can get annoying, but overall very very good tv. (Battieries for remove may not last that long- ~6 months) i just replaced them today. -i have 3 sony bravia smart tv’s-

Love the TV. Picture is excellent and the menu's for apps is fine. I had a cheap TCL TV before this one that died after 14 months ownership. The difference besides the Picture is the TCL was flawless on the Netwok side and I never had network or App issues. On this Sony, I get apps freezing sometimes like Netlix and Prime once I try to watch a video. The movie just won't start or will try to start and will jvst get a pixelated screen. I am getting 50mbps download, so it is not the connection like Sony says. Most times, when I completely close down the app and re-open, then it works. Hence, the TV. Also, every time I turn on TV, it starts up with the last app that I was using on the same channel. Each and every single time, it freezes up and says there is a network problem. I have to close out app and reopen or goto another App to get it to work. I can work around both of these issues as I dig the TV a good deal, but it can be a hassle. On the other hand, the $300 TCL TV I had last year never had either of these issues, but was just a cheap TV. Regardless, I like having a solid TV with this fantastic picture over the TCL. Will see if this TV lasts longer than the TCL did at 14 months. Time wll tell if this is that good of a deal.

The picture and sound are great! Colors are vibrant. Only complaint is it disconnects from the internet often.

Upgraded from a 40in Vizio 1080p 10 years old. At the price I spent back then for it ($879) The 55in Sony was cheaper ($799) provides a better picture at 4k and has great built in Apps. Google Assistant is a nice touch yet a bit slow to respond. Hoping a software update fixes that. Overall, great 4k display for the price. Viewing angles are awesome (no dimming on the display at hard angles) slim design, easy to put together, and big library of Apps.

Purchased this unit to replace a plasma flatscreen with a bad hdmi unit. Impressed with screen picture. Very light weight. Decent software. Easy to add apps. No longer need Apple TV or Roku units.

I love Sony.Pictures is sharp and Colour is truly.

Always had great success with Sony products. This one did not disappoint at all. So many features, have yet to learn them all.

This is my first Sony TV, just had Samsung in the past. I would buy another it is the same quality and costs about $200 less.

I love my new Sony 4k TV. This TV have so many features that I haven't even explore. One of my favorites is the voice command.

The TV has a clear picture with great color. I didn’t realize how poor the quality on my old TV was.
