After Best Buy installer left, there was a tv soft wear update so now devices not synced

Buying the tv was easy and fun. Had no problems the transaction was smooth and friendly.

Sony continues to put out excellent products. The picture is so clear unfortunately you can see all the imperfections in someone facial features. Great buy! Great price!

Almost 2 years in, no problems, performance is good for all types of content. Smart features work well, apart from Hulu live TV last time I checked (Hulu/Sony squabbling). Sound is about average for modern TV, get a soundbar.

After losing many electronics after Hurrican Maria, which flooded my house, I finally decided to upgrade in style. After many talks with the rep in floor, who was very knowledgeable, I finally made my decisions based on my primary scope which was: 4k streaming, gaming and netlfixing (Of couse firestick too with many goodies). He was kind enough to walk me through the costy high end to the cheapest I could get within my reach, Im an engineer and love specs so getting that from a specialist was a relief. As not many times you go to a store and have workforce that is passionate with their job. In the end what sealed my deal was his knowledge and extra push that SONY BRAVIA SMART TVs Enhance PS4 consoles and its 4k Bluray players, and while you stream with any electronic device with 4k hdmi cables you get 4K results. So thanks again to that rep in the San Juan store by the side of Plaza Las Americas.

The quality of this TV is outstanding... in the bright scenes. The dark/black parts of your screen will glow significantly. It's not a deal-breaker per-se, but I personally find it very distracting. I had a Sony Bravia 1080p from 2010 before this and it did the same thing, so Sony hasn't quite perfected their blacks for their more affordable Bravia line.

It’s a Sony so you really can’t go wrong. For the lower end model that it is for the price you can’t go wrong. Great picture even from the side although you do lose a bit of clarity at that angle. Sound is ok for the bedroom. Going anywhere else a sound bar wouldn’t be a bad idea. All in all we are quite happy with our purchase.

Hello, I've owned many Sony Products. I decided I needed a new TV since I broke the previous Sony I had at home by accident. I was happy with it and needed to get a new one ASAP for Super Bowl weekend. Love everything about it. I enjoy the picture, the sound.

We Love the Sony TV amd DVD Player along with the Sound Bar and Smart Remote Control.

I got this tv and a ps4 pro to match and I must say the tv is super gorgeous. no issues setting up came with very easy instructions. It being my first android tv I find new cool stuff it can do everyday.has 4 hdmi's which is very needed in my house. The Black on the picture is really good.

The picture on this TV is beautiful. The interface of the SmartTv portion runs on Android TV, so it's pretty easy to use. I'd love to be able to only see installed apps on the home screen instead of all the junk they want you to install, but that's a minor quibble.

The picture is very high quality. We have had no issues with it. The only reason it does not get 5 stars (I would give it 4.8 stars if I could) is the some of the smart features are not as easy to use as the Roku TVs. But the picture quality of the Sony is much better than the Roku TVs.

This tv has great clarity. The price is great for the product you receive. We enjoy watching hulu and Netflix straight from the tv without using any external device. You can pause and rewind straight from the remote. It's awesome, I highly recommend this TV.

We had a 52" HDTV for 5 years, and decided an upgrade was a perfect Christmas gift. So I stopped in at Best Buy and they had a 55" Sony 4K with all of the latest features on sale., So I bought it and the Geek squad installed it, We love it- beautiful picture.

Great picture for the price point. If you can afford it, would recommend the higher-end XBR900E series.
