My 55” is not working. My edges are reduced by 8 to 10 inches. I have called Ben twice, but no response. I ‘am watching a 32”, instead of 55”

My Verizon Fios has always been a depressing nightmare for TV viewing, internet and telephone. It took me 13 years or so to clear up this nightmare. As a reward to myself, I purchased the Sony 55" 4K UHD TV with HDR from Best Buy...…..aaaaaaah!

This product is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for quality!

This Sony tv was easy to unbox and since I was installing on the wall I did not install the desk stand. The tv fit right to my old wall bracket and was a breeze to mount. This Sony was also easy to connect to my Wi Fi and has a great picture.

Some of the settings are difficult to use. Some of the settings seem kind of senseless. I don't like google knowing everything I am watching.

Picture quality is incredible! Sure OLED is even better, but this is great bang for buck. Android TV less robust then I'd hoped - wish menu could be customized.. too cluttered Super thin and nice looking TV. RF connector is on the side.. kind of odd.. but a 90 degree adapter helped. Sound is not anything special - will likely be purchasing a sound bar.

I love Sony and they make awesome TVs! The picture quality and sound are subpar!

As I am an Android Phone user, having aa Android TV was a no questions purchase.

Great picture but understand that 4K only works when you have 4K input available

I was looking for another TV brand but Best Buy sales person showed me this one on sale for a great price. I love how easy the set up was and the pictures are very clear. A sound bar would enhance the sound better but I am fine without for now. Very happy.

The picture is fantastic, I have sound bar and the sound is great. I enjoy Sony products for our living room, family room and sunroom for watching movies and TV. The size is fun, going from a 40 to 55, the pictures seem larger than life.

I only buy SONY products, so of course I am completely satisfied with this tv!

This TV is amazing, at first we were not looking into it since we were looking at Samsung's and Lgs but me and my wife passed it and fell in Love, great picture quality and size. The only downside is that I feel like the stand is a little flimsy...

This is amazing tv. It has very nice colors resolution. It’s almost more than year we purchased this tv. We bought it last year November 2017. We are still happy with this tv. It gets automatic updates. Will highly recommend this product

The picture is fantastic right out of the box. Audio not so much but pair it with a Sony surround sound system and you have a great TV. It will play photos or videos directly from your camera an SD cd or Dash cam. Has three USB ports.

The picture is great and install was easy. Setup took a few tries.

I bought this TV in order to play with the 4K feature for my Xbox One X. The colors look great and detailed when I play GTA V. The thing is the TV started making weird noises whenever I changed the channel. In haven’t seen similar complaints so I’m going to just fix it if it continues to make that loud shock noise. Other than that I love the TV.

It works as advertised, very happy with it, have nothing to complain about.
