We love our Sony TV can't wait for more 4K programs and movies to be available... This was so easy to setup... Now to get a sound bar and we are set.

way more tech then i'll ever use but seem happy with everything

Most current LED/Smart TVs are good and reliable,but SONY's colors appealed to my eyes more than those of other brands,AND the price was right.

this is a great TV. the picture quality is amazing, sound is pretty good too, will definitely look into getting a sound bar but for TV speakers not bad.

I bought this to hang on my wall and it turned out to be a very good purchase. It really is bigger than it looked in the store but is still not too big for the space. I really like the smart features. Overall a very good buy.

Had to replace 46" Sony Bravia that got hit by lightning. Loved the old one and the 55" appears to be the same. Have no regrets and sale price helped.

This TV was a much needed update to an older Sony that lasted us over 12 years! The sound and image HD is the best I have seen for the price!

I like best buy, they have nice employees who are ever help.

The Sony Bravia had a better picture than any other TV I looked at. Great features and Best Buy had a price competitive with other retailers.

Excellent picture quality in both light and dark room conditions. Clear, clean audio. Hard to justify paying more for a better picture.

We had not purchased a new television in 10 years. The difference in the colors, picture quality and clarity is amazing. Love this TV!

This TV has a great picture and has so many options on it I haven't been able to try them all but the picture is great and I'm very satisfied.

We had this TV for less than 2 years. Today is 4/22/20 and our TV stopped working 3 days ago. To try to fix it we unplugged it and plugged it back in. It looked like it was restarting but it was stuck on a continuous loop just showing the dancing Sony letters for about 2 days. Yesterday i tried to do a hard reset and again it was just a continuous loop of a glowing circle with colors moving around it. We left it like that overnight and in the morning there was just an icon of a dead android with a red triangle floating above. While reading through online forums I found that this is a common issue and basically unfixable unless you purchase another main board. I'll admit, the tv itself was pretty great while it was working, great picture and lots of apps. However, for it to last less than 2 years it's just not worth it. This is the first smart TV I've ever purchased. I don't use all the bells and whistles, but the picture is crisp and the sound is what you'd expect.

Easy set up and easy to use. Android set up is great. Picture is fantastic with vibrant colors. Easy to switch from tv to internet features

My husband choose our tv and he loves it. We are not 4K tv experts so we can't really comment on technical capabilities. The picture seems great, color is great, sound is great. Downsides - the stand is awful, the frame of the TV is joined in the corners making it look cheap, and you can't download apps like Sony vue (and this is a Sony tv!!). I am sure we could have picked a cheaper tv and got just as good quality, but Best Buy forced us to get the more expensive tv with their aggressive sales tactics, basically making us feel guilty if we picked the cheaper tv we were originally looking at! I am not a fan of Best Buy!

This is my first 4K TV. It was easy to set up and has a great picture with fantastic color.The sound is good but I plan to add a sound bar.

Put this TV over the fireplace in our kitchen and it is on all the time. Just a great TV with just enough extras. Sony is easy and beautiful.
