Exactly what I expected, great colors with SONY tv
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went into Best Buy and the sales person explained the differences in the many models which seen invisible to the naked eye until one sees the difference in refresh rates when there is a lot of motion in the picture. Lower models blur more and it makes a difference. So we bought a better open box model for only a few dollars more and are very happy with it. Dan H

Feels unsteady, but clear image

I can't tell what difference the HD makes. I do like the internet connection as I do not have any TV service. The screen seems wobbly on the base, but it's been sturdy. Instructions for setting up screen were not well written and it took some time to discover how to attach the screen to the base.

We first bought an open box TV at a discount, and was told by the sales guy that everything was there. It wasn't. The stand was missing. Of course we didn't find that out until the Geek Squad was the to set it up. So we had to take it back and get another one in the box this time. We were out of a TV for over a week. We are not happy about the sales department tactics.They should learn to be more truthful.
