Great picture no edges. Very happy with purchase of both tvs. Would like better surround sound.

Been a samsung guy for life but decided to try out sony. Great idea. Looks great on xbox one x.

First off, the TV itself is beautiful. It was a splurge purchase and we were overwhelmed with the overall picture quality. It is a wonderful TV. Our disappointment started when, about two months after purchase, we noticed that there was a shadow in the bottom right corner of the screen. I have never purchased an extended warrantee it seemed prudent at the time of purchase to give Best Buy an extra $100. I have an extended 2 year warrantee. Yea, no problem. Call the Squad! An appointment was made and quickly kept. They verified that there was a defect in my TV. After not hearing anything for almost two months I called the Squad again and spent about 4 hours, mostly on hold, trying to find someone who knew the status of my issue. Got nowhere. I ended up going to the store where I purchased the TV and spent another 45 minutes with a very good Best Buy employee who eventually connected me with the Best Buy corporate escalation department. Finally we were able to connect with Sony who, after trading pictures and phone calls, decided that I, or someone, "pinched" the faulty LED and therefore the TV was not covered by any warrantee, extended or otherwise. No discussion. No appeal. One look at a couple pictures by a Sony engineer and done. I have been a long time, go-to-Best-Buy-first customer. That has ended. The extremely poor initial follow through from the Geek Squad, the unequivocal dismissal from Sony, and no interest from Best Buy to keep a loyal customer has left me with no other conclusion that Best Buy would rather have me take my business to ABC Warehouse, or worse yet, online. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I expected much better from Best Buy.

Great picture at a reasonable price. If the audio stops working for no reason, just unplug and plug back in in ten minutes. That only happened to me once.

I love the tv and the size is great 55inch. I havent had any issues with picture or sound. I have had issues with the connection with internet.

I like the picture. works well, not hard to setup. Netflix is easy to use. would buy again.

Good picture quality but stopped working after a little over 2 years. Sony customer Service was very disappointing. The phone numbers provided didn’t work and the chat support didn’t have any Troubleshooting suggestions. I always liked Sony TVs and had good quality in the past but given the lack of support and this experience it may be time to try a different brand.

Picture quality is great. Sound is great. Never had any problem with any Sony TVs
