Excellent picture quality. Easy to set up. Well worth the money.

This is the best TV picture i hve ever seen in a home before, i dont know if it is because it is the best ive ever seen, or because there aren't enough people that have nice TV's like this, but either way this is an amazing tv for gaming and watching high def tv and or movies. It also has surprisingly excellent sound on the tv itself, and has almost a theater type of feel to the sound. I have left the tv on its original settings as it looks amazing the way it comes and starts up as! I highly recommend this tv and one of my good friends got the exact same one two days after i got mine because he liked it As much as I do!

Like the tv and the quality. Easy to use. The system froze during setup. Also, I feel the Bluetooth capabilities were not detailed enough. Bought Bluetooth headset that did not work. Got several different stories about what “Bluetooth” meant

Had a Samsung over a year before it was stolen. Had a TCL recommended and purchased it but took it right back--piece of trash! The Sony (all TVs were 55") has the best picture and great sound. We had to buy a new Sony blu-ray to replace the DVD player as the sound was very low out of the sound bar and sub-woofer. Has great sound now, even for CDs.

This TV automatically upscale HD content to 4K resolution. It can connect directly to the internet which makes firmware updates a breeze. 4 HDMI connections which #3 HDMI is (ARC) Audio Return Channel. You'll need to use Digital Audio Out when this is in use. 3 USB connections for Camcorder/Camera. The list goes on. Can't go wrong with Smart TV.

This is my third Sony, and as hoped, Sony still makes great TVs. The room I have this TV in has a lot of windows. There is less glare than my last TV since this one's screen has a more matte finish than the plasma one it replaces. It is also easier to see the dark images during the day when the sun is bright. I am very pleased with my purchase.

It was easy to set up. The picture is good. Color very crisp.

Audio could be much better. Was hoping for more from the Remote but was disappointed. Picture is very good for the pricepoint and the televisión is easy to set up and use. Nice interface for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon. Overall all Í am pleased with the purchase. I think it represents a very good value.

After reviewing many tv's to upgrade from our Samsung dlp 63" we were about to go with another Samsung or possibly an LG until I saw this one on sale. After reading up on it we went with it and even though it is a 55" instead of the bigger Samsung we initially wanted, we are extremely happy with the Sony. The picture is beautiful and makes everything we watch look great. Very easy setup, can control all devices with one remote, plenty of HDMI and USB ports, no need for sound bar, smart features work seamlessly, and even got a free uhd movie through Google play offer. Now I have 2 favorite tv brands.

Great picture, apps and very user friendly to operate.

TV has great quality with 4k movies. If you are use to watching 1080p HD TV's, you really can notice a difference in clarity, not much, but there is a higher quality so you dont see it pixelate on the edges of objects on whatever you're watching. There is a downside to it being ran off android. It always wants to shutdown for 15 min to update its programing, all the other stuff that comes along with it, etc... it can be a pain, but its still great quality.
