I was a little hesitant to buy a Sony as the TV I replaced was a 49" Bravia that died after 2 years. It was stuck in the Android reboot loop which many people have also had this problem. The only out of warranty fix is to send the power board off to a third party for repair. I am hoping this new TV will last longer as the picture quality is great. It integrates well with the PS4 and the HDR setting really makes games pop!

I bought this to replace the Samsung that died after seven years. I hope this one last longer. The quality is good the only issue was the sound sucked. I bought a Visio surround sound system and it was a big improvement. I have had problems with the Google app not connecting and I kept having to reset the app to its default settings. I also had WIFI connection problems where the connection would get disconnected intermittently. I replaced my router and now I haven't had that problem anymore.

I bought this TV 18 months ago and I am still very happy with the purchase. The picture and sound are extremely good for the price and It has many different features. The only problem I have encountered was setting up the Ethernet connection (better signal than wifi) and the fact that the TV periodically loses the connection and I have to reboot the TV

Excellent TV. I owned a 48" Sony Bravo TV 1080 with an amazon fire stick and it was still running fine with a very good picture, but I decided I wanted a 55" smart 4k Sony I was looking for one under $1000 with 120 Hz and 4 HDMIs and blue tooth on blackfriday this one came on sell for $779. which was about $200 cheaper than the next model up X950G. I could tell enough difference in the two TVs to be worth $200 more. It's been 6 month since and I haven't looked back, the 4k is stunning. The only thing I miss from my old TV was the ability to change the picture ratio from my remote, but the screen size makes up for that. Overall a great mid-range TV for the price.

I bought this TV back in late Jan. I was going to drop cable and that is why I got a TV that had Netflix and Prime video. It was great for the first fee weeks. But I started to notice it would lose Wifi every few days. All I had to do was restart the Tv and it would work fine but still a pain. For the last 3 weeks I have not been able to use Prime Video. I have tried everything Factory reset Deleting the app and re loading it nothing works. I have looked on the internet and this seems to not be a common problem. And there is no fix for it it is suppose to just fix it self. I would not buy this TV again. Hope this helps

The Google platform is very good and easy to use. The TV in the covered deck and image is nice and clear.

Love the color and clarity so far. I look forward to watching my favorite movies on it!

Very pleased with quality of tv. Only problem having an issue getting tv remote to be able to replace cable remote and do all functions.

It’s so good it’s too good sometimes. The detail is sometimes distracting compared to our old TV. But a really vivid picture.

Very good television. Excellent picture and clarity. Comes on every time first try. No problems so far. This is my fifth sony. Picture quality just as good as x850g which was rated 8.4/10.

This 55 inch LED Sony has exceeded my expectations. Superior picture and clarity of sound. I have always had a Sony, but went from a 25" flat screen to 55" and was blown away!

Picture is VERY sharp and clear. Had an initial problem with the remote but that was taken care of.

Sony makes a great tv. Excellent picture and controls are easy to work. Highly recommend Sony and this model. Good value for your dollar.

The best TV I ever got pic number 1 sounds number 1 I'm so happy with Sony X850G ,I will but 1 more if I have to for my kids room
