Best tv that isn't more thank $2k. Switch the motion rate to smooth and it's perfect

The picture quality is great. I didn't like the tv menue , The installation was not easy due to confusion in the menue .

Have no complaints with this TV. It's been almost 5 years and I haven't run in to any issues with any of the software. Syncs well with chromecast, all the smart features function as expected. Great frame rate and resolution for gaming.

Very clunky compared to the Samsung offerings. Yes the picture it's pretty nice but the menu is very hard to navigate.

The color on this TV is excellent. Side viewing is poor, fades out. Excellent when viewing at center of screen.

The XBR55x900E has a great picture, but the Android system seems a little sluggish. Overall I am happy with this TV.

I bought this tv after seeing a lot of strong reviews for it and it didn't disappoint, the only gripe I would have is that Sony did not include a patch for Dolby Vision even though the tv would be able to handle the colors and added visuals.

Works as I expected. I had a Sony HT-XT2 2.1 sound base, which I hooked up to the HDMI (arc) and when i turned both on, the TV and TV remote KNEW the sound base was there, it turns on when the TV does, i only use the one remote. Sweet.

This tv is a good choice if you will have it in a bright area, because dark area you will see light bleed

This is truly a great television. Picked up for my parents as they needed a new TV. Perfect for there needs as they will only turn it on and off then use the cable box for everything else. Great button for sports/NFL. Lights up the screen. The android OS is weak and overbearing. Total opposite of simplistic. Setting it up was like going through junk mail. Would give it 5 stars if offered a better OS. Truely unfortunate it will may never get better :(

Ended up returning it for an OLED TV. Picture was great, but not the software. A bit clunky and slow.

I have a 65” sony. i bought the 850d & 900e on special occasion for family members. great tv’s for the money.

Very good quality, the clarity & color are excellent on this Sony TV.

This set has a very clear crisp picture and was a breeze to get on line. Has all the features we require.

Went to Best Buy knowing I was going to get a tv, but had a lot of questions. Best Buy member walked me through positives and negatives of many tv's, even steering me away from certain techs that will be obsolete. After his teaching, bought a great tv and excited to have it.

I love this tv! My first 4k tv. The screen is beautiful and it's very convenient to use netflix and other apps from the tv directly. Also looks very sleek Only a few negatives Sometimes the apps can be buggy and for hulu I don't think the fast forward/rewind works, but you can use the arrow keys to go forward and back. Also the stand feels a bit flimsy. Other than those few items, I would say it's a great deal and recommend it!

Tried both Samsung MU8000 and Sony X900e. Sony image was noticeably better. I prefer ROKU Streaming Stick + over built in apps and soundbar over TV speakers. All plug ins were compatible and work great. TV and soundbar both programmed to work with Xfinity remote.

I bought this tv specifically for the 4K and hdr feature and I was impressed at how great it looks.

The television was a replacement for the 55 inch that failed. Fortunately I had purchased the extended warranty so the TV was replaced at no cost to me. This newer model has more clarity that the older one and a times I feel I am watching the picture in 3-D.

The picture is stunning. Set up was OK. But after 2 weeks the set started turning itself off and going through a lengthy reboot. I tried a reset, unsuccessfully, and then updated the software. Not sure if that's gonna help. The internet is full of folks complaining that Sony has failed this this flaw in over 5 years. Might return this for a Samsung.
