    The customer support was pretty good, as far at TV knowledge went but they didn't know that I was missing some vital adapter to hook the Xbox Kinect to the Xbox One S. Overall good very happy with the service and the products.

    By far this is the best TV I have ever owned the 4K display is phenomenal. At $1299 for this Sony you can't go wrong

    No real manual... Ended up calling don't support twice because of sound issues with a non Sony sound bar. It's Android TV and you have to kind of think of it as a big tablet. Hope it gets easier to change settings.

    Looks pretty awesome, but I came from a 32 inch 1080p Samsung TV, so any 4k TV would've satisfied me really.
