I owe es a pre iOS version of Sony TV, this supersede the quality and contrast. Nice picture.

This is the second Sony [flat screen] TV I’ve owned/purchased. I liked the first one (50” 1080P) so much I had to go with Sony again for 4K/HDR. This time 55” because that is absolutely the largest I can squeeze into spot it must go. I can’t wait to get it into place. The visuals and features are excellent. My only complaint are the speakers on the bottom edge but I “fixed” that by adding a sound bar/woofer, also a Sony.

I researched this tv and also went to Best Buy a few times to actually look at the tv. After waiting for the black Friday deals I purchased it for $1ooo (900e 55 inch). The set up was easy and the picture quality is great so far.We have four other Sony tvs and they all work great. The only issue that I have found so far is that sometimes when watching a recorded program I get a slight delay with the direct tv remote in the fast forward and it goes past the last commericial and a few seconds into the program causing me to rewind. (Ihave a DirectTv mini genie and not sure if this is the problem). As I said earlier so far so good and the price was right. I would recommend this tv.

Wonderful picture, easy to use. The sharpness of the image, especially in ultra he, is amazing.

I returned a Samsung 8000 series after a week of getting it. I messed around with the settings but couldn't get the blacks I wanted. Grey was always bleeding into it and it was annoying. I finally decided the best colors this tv could produce wasn't good enough for the money I spent so I took it back and after reading the reviews on the Sony I took a chance hoping it was as good as advertised. Not only did I get a better deal on this one but the colors were so much better than the Samsung out of the box. I think I messed with the brightness and contrast but changed it back to the default settings and haven't changed it since. 4k movies and sports look amazing on this tv and actually the first time I bought a Sony so I think that will definitely be my first choice going forward. Only con I have is the remote. I did like the Samsung remote better but overall picture quality Samsung can't hang with the Sony. At least not their 8000 series.

Great picture with great colors goes good with 4K player

Great picture but the picture tracks with fast moving motions due to slow refresh rate. Good deal on sale for $999. Remote for my previous 55” was better then the one that came with this tv.

Great picture. 4K is awesome. Blacks are very good & back lighting offers brighter picture.

First off, great TV, h ad to calibrate the picture for games and live TV but found a few good ones out there. Made the picture even better. I got the 55 inch version, really nice for a midsize room, I really wanted the 65 inch but the increase in cost was out of my budget. Worth it for gaming, love the TV...I was going to try it out then return it, but after a week there was no going back. Awesome for the price.

Did alot of research to find the best tv I can get with in my budget and decided to go with the x900e. I absolutely love watching this tv and play my Xbox. The input lag is good but not as great as other tv's but I myself don't feel any kinda issues while playing. I read that an input lag of 40ms is not noticeable to most gamers so an input lag of around 30ms that this tv offers wasn't a deal breaker for me.

Easy to set up,awesome quality,Sony always brings the best picture quality. Has a lot of apps.it will give you all what you need from a TV screen. Had to buy this screen as I have specific dimensions to fit the screen into a wall cabinet,it came perfect for my place. I dont regret buying this one. Might be a bit pricy when compred to other 55” TV,but the slick apperance and the thin frame has its price

Easy to use, clear picture, and sound is very clear

Great picture, good price and as usual Sony quality. Easy to set up, and easy to use apps, etc. Sound is much better than our old 40 inch Sony LED which was 10 years old. So we stepped up in size, technology, picture and sound quality. Very happy with our purchase.

I had been hesitant about upgrading my TV, not knowing as to whether the difference would be worth it. I purchased a Sony Bravia 5 years ago at the time it was the top of the line model and has a stunning picture to this day. I wanted to see what the hype with 4k was all about and I was blown away by the demos in store, I had to have a 4K TV. I mainly use my Television for gaming and played the new God of War on this television and was blown away at how much more vivid the colors seemed and how dark and light scenes appeared on this screen. This TV has everything I was looking for : HDR capability, Full Array Backlight, and it's refresh rate was excellent. If you are curious about 4K I definitely recommend giving this TV a space in your living room. With Best Buy's return policy you can try it out and if you don't think it's worth it , return it within 15 days and no harm done.

TV was easy to set up. Good on screen assistance to configure settings. Great picture.

Not only does this have many features that work well together (4K, HDR, Smart TV), but the fact it runs on Android TV is fantastic. Access to the Google Play Store is a huge bonus.
