This Sony TV was as easy to set up and program as everyone at Best Buy had told me. The picture is beyond expectation and almost appears to be in 3D. The other Apps were also easy to active.

This is literally one of the best investments I’ve ever made. Perfect size, stunning picture quality, and loads of built in extras. Going to be hard to find a better 4K smart tv than this one.

This is an awesome TV. I still have this TV and am very happy with it. Sony TVs usually have a nice color and the blacks are usually very deep and rich. This TV compliments my Playstation and Xbox very well also. I would recommend this TV to any person looking for a 4K experience that won't make you go completely broke. Look for it during Black Friday. I got mine on sale and it seemed like a good deal.

Returned a Samsung 7 series & paid a little more for this one & noticed a difference immediately with every video source. This mid-range TV rivals "high end" models. Sony the one and only!

We are really enjoying this Sony TV. The instructions for set-up were clear and easy to follow. No problems hooking up to sound bar, cable or DVD player. The picture still makes my jaw drop - it is so vivid. The only less than perfect thing was that I couldn't program the remote to control our Bose sound bar (so we still use our cable remote to control our set-up.) Other than that - this TV has been great for our maiden voyage into big screens!

This is a great TV for the price. Setup was a snap and although the default settings are more than acceptable, tweaking motion was easy which smoothed out older shows. Black color is really rich for an LED TV.

We replaced our failing 48 inch TV with this new 55 inch Sony. A store associate helped us pick the TV out based on our price range and usage. So far (about a month) we are blown away by the unbelievable quality of the picture. The sound is also better than our old TV (we do use the Bose speaker that we used with our old TV). We have yet to really use many of the smart features, but we have tried some and find the TV very easy to use.

This is not my first Sony product purchase but by far the best Sony purchase. The 50" 4K ultra TV picture is so clear you can tell if a man has shaved or not. Simply ridiculously Clear.

Bought this TV for the bedroom. The service at the store was great, very patient and explained the difference among the Sony product line. This TV has wonderful color, we really enjoy it.

We do really like the T V. It turns out we could have purchased the larger size. Picture and coloring are excellent. Sound quality is good. There is nothing we don’t like about this tv.

this TV was the second 55" I looked at and was blown away!!! The first one was a samsung. If I had an extra $500 I would have purchased the 65"!!!! I would definitely recommend this!!!

Tv was very easy to set up and the picture quality is what I expected from previous reviews. I had a precious Sony Tv and it last me over 4 years. I’m expecting this Tv to be the same.

Tried a competitive item that was cheaper, my wife did not like the cabinet. Picture was OK but not outstanding. My Sony purchase was the best. More money but lots quality and function.

If you do your research you'll find this TV on almost every list of top TVs. The picture quality and array backlighting is great. It's very comparable to the TCL P-series as far as picture goes but it improves on it by being 120Hz vs the TCLs 60Hz. The bezel on the Sony is much nicer also. You can't really go wrong with either TV, it's a shame Best Buy has this TV tucked in a corner and not out showcased with the qleds and Vizio's.

I have only had this TV for a short while and have not yet realized it's full potential. The picture is not as sharp as when I saw it in the store. My cable TV provider advised that they do not broadcast in 4K, and that is why the picture is not the same. The tech said that the picture will be better with streaming.

Very easy setup, on screen instructions were easy to follow. Connected with my current sound bar with ease. Exceptional picture quality! Very happy and satisfied with the purchase!!

I have been buying Samsung tv for a while now. I have enjoyed the smart TVs for a while but decided to try the pure android tv experience with Sony this time and I feel this is the best decision ever!! The TV has great picture quality, the HDR works great, playing xbox games is so much more enjoyable now, and using the smart features is so much better than the Samsung OS. I am sticking with Sony for all my future TV purchases.

Amazing picture quality on this set once you tune it a bit. The OS can be a little slow at first, but doing a factory reset, and tweaking background processes helped a great deal.

Definitely a great buy! The blacks are very black and the contrast is on point. 1080p upward conversion is crazy good! By far the best upward conversion I’ve seen on a 55”. If you’re not looking for bigger, this will not disappoint. The only downside is the android software that comes with Sony. That is pretty shorty but I get around it with Apple TV and other streaming devices. Sony needs to get a better software.
