Best TV I've ever owned. The picture is brilliant and I love the android operating system. I would purchase this TV again if I needed another TV..

Originally purchased Samsung MU8000 series which I returned after 2 days. Sony is far superior in picture quality, only thing better is Sony OLED.

This tv has great clarity, detail, and vivid colors. I love it in my man cave. I plan to get a larger one for the living room. Highly recommended.

I've waited awhile on my old 720p Dumb-43" to get this 4K TV. I've read the reviews and have done my research. Best bang-for-buck TV is right here. Android TV is good (not great) and really, all the Apps are pretty decent. This whole HDR thing is AMAZING. I'm also using this as my primary PC monitor. Pro - all the above Con - I really dislike the remote Recommend? Yup

This is a great tv. I originally intended to get a lower end tv, but this tv was so visibly better that I made the leap. I am extremely satisfied.

The size is perfect for my living room & the screen allows a great picture to be seen from every area.

Got this for $999 and you can't beat that for a 55" HDR let alone from Sony who makes the highest quality displays in this price range hands down. Thanks to BB's floor design I was able to compare it side by side with Sharp and Samsung and concluded that Sony's color blew everything out of the water. (Lights under the TV is an Insignia LED strip, not included)

The size maybe overwhelming for some, however going from a 29 inch to 55 is awesome. The installers did a wonderful job teaching us the hook up.

An amazing color tv, color, clarity, and features are extremely good. Blackest blacks of any tv we have viewed.outstanding greens reds and blues.

Making the choice to go with the higher quality picture over the larger 65” was definitely the right call. Very clear and high quality picture.

Amazing picture for this price point! But you will be sorely disappointed with AndroidTV. It hard to believe how sluggish, buggy, and lacking simple parental controls after being on the market for so many years. It’s evident Google isn’t serious about AndroidTV!

Extreemly satisfied with this tv!! HDR & 4k is great for Xbox! Upconverts cable too. Due to Sony firmware issues, DO NOT DO FIRMWARE UPDATES!!!

This Sony product is everything the salesman said it would be when I went to the store to replace my plasma. It has a wonderful picture and was very easy to set up. We’ve gone back and forth from regular channels to Netflix and YouTube with out a problem. Glad I purchased this Sony tv.

Easy setup, good sound, amazing clarity. The combination of the Sony with Sonos play base and two Sonos Ones is just what we were looking for.

Personally, I find the picture excellent quality, set up reasonable. The longer I use it, the more I enjoy the realistic depth of the picture.

This TV has an excelen picture the remote is easy to use and installation guide it works by it self.

Spectacular picture, which is the whole point! Other reviews talked about problems with the Smart TV. I find it easy to work and relatively quick to react though the remote could be better designed. Audio could be a bit louder... so some may want a sound bar. Especially with the Black Friday sale, it was a great deal and the picture is so vivid its almost 3D!

I first bought a Samsung 55" NU7100 LED set for $500, but it was a lemon! I've had a samsung 47" for years now and it has been dependable, so I think there was just a manufacturing defect in the NU7100. Also I didn't like the way the Apps took up half the screen every time I turned it on. So I returned it and got this Sony. I should say, by the way, that BestBuy was great on the return. They advised me on the Sony, they delivered the replacement Sony and picked up the Samsung at the same time, all free since I was in the 15 day replacement period. I paid more like $900 for the Sony, but it is doing everything right. The apps are easy to get to, and moving back and forth from Netflix to Amazon to regular DirecTV is straightforward. The color and motion are terrific. I haven't upgraded to 4K from DirecTV yet, so I'm getting 1080p on the channels and streaming, but this 4K UHD Sony has very good up-scaling, so the picture seems sharp and clear. I sit maybe 10' from this 55" set and it's great. The sound is a little tinny, but I use an external sound system which it drives great. The inputs and outputs are plenty for my needs (I have a blueray DVD, the DirecTV box, and the audio amp which drives a 5-channel surround-sound system).

Great picture! Our plasma died and we needed to replace it quickly so we did not shop around a lot. Went with the name we trusted and love it!
