Great tv for the price. Geek squad set up was very professional and respectful and the quality of the picture is amazing.

I am very happy with my Sony 3K LED TV. I have been a plasma TV owner for years, and I had to wait a long time to find an LED TV I liked. I was looking at the OLED 4K TVs. They were very nice, but very expensive. This Sony also has a great picture, at half the price of the OLED. Looking forward to football season with my new TV.

Sony worked out the interface to make this a great piece of entertainment infrastructure. Smart TV and voice enabled remote brings internet connectivity easily to the viewer. One big improvement would be a lighted remote. Lots of subtle buttons to memorize makes too many choices and can't make selections in dim light.

This tv has it all. The picture quality is amazing. Watching movies , gaming or regular tv in HD. Every video is amazing.

This TV meets all expectations. Have had a Sony Bravia for 13 yrs and bought this one because we wanted a bigger screen.

The step by step setup from Sony was very easy. The picture quality is excellent. Remote is easy to use. Modern design.

I am extremely pleased with this Sony TV. The picture is outstanding and works great with my PS4, Bose SoundTouch System (through HDMI ARC), and 4K Apple TV. Even the HD Antenna looks great. The standard remote is a little annoying but we hardly use it. Highly recommend if you do not want a more expensive TV.

My Sony - 55" Class (54.6" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV with High Dynamic Range TV was easy to set up and link with the Sony sound bar I also purchased. I’m over 60, not a youngster or an electronics geek, but I have some media set up experience. I was able to set up the TV and sound bar myself. Some help was needed to lift the TV up to the TV stand. The included set up directions were average. The diagrams were helpful. Make sure you have the correct hook up cables. I chose this Sony model after reading customer and professional reviews and seeing the TV in the BEST BUY showroom. The picture is very clear! I am pleased that the Sony screen does not reflect much sun glare coming through my large loft windows like my 10 year older model plasma TV did. Now I can watch TV and still see the sky and outdoors.This model has many personal setting options. I’m a basketball fan and the NBA games are vivid and player action is well defined. Classic black and white vintage movies also display with superior definition on this TV. I’ve used this Sony TV for about 2 months and it is great so far.

This is a very nice TV. I am pleased with picture quality, ease of set up and options available to customize picture and sound. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I am having video/audio delay issues with the Sony sound bar that I purchased at the same time. Googling this issue brought up quite a few threads starting several years back, so you think Sony would have figured this out in the TV or sound bar firmware. I have corrected it mostly by playing with the Dolby settings but still get it when I stream apps.

This screen has outperformed the other Samsung 6, 8, and even 9 series and is much brighter and clearer for 4k. The gaming on this is perfect as the colors hdr and refresh rate all work out wonderfully. My only issue is the Android TV software. It honestly could be alot better but it gets the job done. Thanks

Bought this as a TV for the living room. I have a PS4 pro and Xbox One X. Directv looks great and have no complaints.

Was looking for a tv. found this one, went in to check it out. Love the picture, sound price and is great gaming TV..

I purchased this tv a couple of weeks ago, along with the Sony sound bar HT-NT5. The sound bar was on sale and had an additional discount when purchased with the tv. One would assume that both being Sony products that they would “play” well together.....NOT!!! Initial set up took approximately 3 hours despite following the directions to a T. My set up was extremely simple:cable box to sound bar via hdmi , out of sound bar via hdmi (arc) into tv hdmi (arc) , tv via Ethernet into router. Tv and sound bar both were glitchy and did not want recognize each other from the start. Oh and I did the updates before I even attempted the setup. Finally got them both working but they were both still very glitchy. I preformed numerous factory resets to no avail. Then I start getting a pop up saying “samba app” is not enabled, which went away when I pressed the enter button on the remote, only to reappear in about 3 seconds making it impossible to navigate the menu at all! I googled the problem and found many other proud owners having the same issue with no help from Sony at all . Picture on the tv is great but the operating system renders it totally unusable, unless you enjoy doing a factory reset every time you would like to watch your $1000.00 “not so smart” tv!! I can’t wait to use my time off work here at Christmas to re-package this TV , fight the crazy traffic and crowds, in order to return this tv and get another brand before Christmas morning so my kids can play their new PlayStation 4 , which I will probably return for an x-box ........Thanks Sony!

After much searching around on the net to find a 4k tv that would pair well with a console and computer i decided on this one. I have not been disappointed. There has been no input lag that i have been able to see or notice the color was amazing straight out of the box and my ps4 pro pairs perfectly with this.

Very happy with the TV easy to navigate, easy to connect with Alexa and huge difference from our last Samsung TV. Sony has a better quality with the picture and the glare is none existing when watching movies with dark seens

I have only had this TV for less than a month, but I can tell you there are many features to become familiar with. I very much enjoy the great picture quality. The extra dollars spent for the higher end technology is worth it. HDR is the way to go. I wish I could have upgraded to the dual processor model. (930e)
