As with all 4k tvs picture is only as good as the source. You Tube 4k videos are fantastic, Sony does a good job of upscaling the 1080 signal with some limited artifacts. You can adjust the settings endlessly, I am not a large user of the internet/app functions, the content is poor in my opinion, but hardware and software wise works well, Picture matches a pricier Samsung that was damaged by moving company.

This Tv, has the best picture I've ever seen. Easy operating picture and great options.

Did some research first and Best Buy Geek Squad representative helped determine our space for the best purchase for us. It worked out fantastic. The tv is great, sound is fantastic. But the employees of BestBuy are amazing. The GeekSquad is a dedicated group of professionals who are there and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the full enjoyment of BestBuy products. Amazing. They do what they say they will!!!

Excellent picture and easy to setup. Great for movies and you favorite gaming systems.

I originally was looking into getting a Vizio TV but I was sold on this one by the sales rep and feel it was the better choice. Great specs and a brilliant color ratio.

I was planning on buying a Samsung 4K TV but for practically the same price I decided to buy this TV upon the recommendation of the Best Buy salesperson. This TV is back lit and the Samsung model at the same price point is not. I was planning on buying a sound bar but the sound quality is so wonderful I honestly don't see the need!

Excellent picture clarity without 4K as we haven't seen a program televised in 4K yet. Best Buy Geek Squad was able to connect it to our cable/TIVO without difficulty.

I bought a Sony Bravia TV and it was very easy to set up and the color is amazing.

One cannot go wrong with Sony. This is my 6th Sony, and though I’ve tried other brands I always come back to Sony. Wonderful 4K picture; just what I was looking for.

I did alot of research before I purchased this tv. I thought about spending a great deal more to get the oled. After reading and comparing I knew Sony was the way to go. Xbox games and movies look amazing. And it’s all upscale to 4K..... you won’t regret buying this tv! Loved it the past month and find zero flaws!

I would no doubt rather have a Oled Tv but prices are too high at this time . The next best thing is the Sony 900e Picture is fantastic, but not as clear looking from an angle as OLED

Love this TV- the picture is great in my bright room. However two issues: - Limited apps. Samsung has better - the set up was a bit confusing - and there was no manual. So I tried the phone helpline but it has limited service hours. Apparently any time Saturday doesn't work. and the online chat was very slow- almost like the person on the other side had to google translate and then ask someone else for help.

Love the picture. But the interface is clunky and it takes forever to connect to the internet. Worst of all, if you rely on location services - you are likely to be SOL. Netflix is working (though that may change given the issue), but Sony's version of android TV and CBS All access won't exchange location info. So you can't get local TV even when you are in an area where that is supported. Sony says talk to CBS. CBS says talk to Sony or Google. Bottom line ... the customer suffers. If you are a cord cutter, think twice.

Decided on the Sony based on reviews and prior experience. Full backlighting, Android platform, bidirectional bluetooth...all major factors. A little pricey, but worth it. Great packaging, easy setup, connected in about 30 minutes. Need backlighting on the remote, but it works well and has hot keys to Netflix and Amazon Prime, plus Sony home app page. Great tv and loving the picture even without 4k content.
