Unbelievable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is unbelievable, I upgraded from a plasma TV from 8 years ago, so granted the upgrade is a high step, but I could not be happier with the image quality and black levels with this smart TV. If your source of.image is truly 4k and HDR, you will not regret this purchase.

Awesome TV at a fair price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best picture of any tv I have ever owned! My husband is a big sports watcher and is very critical if there is any blur during high action sports. However with this tv he has never complained once! Movies and shows look great as well. Definitely worth a little extra money.

Great TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We love this TV. The picture is fantastic! The smart function is so nice. Nothing to hook up. A lot less cords. Love the voice command feature. The only thing I don't care for is the remote control. It has too many functions and the controls and lettering are very small.

The Sony bravia 900e
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded to this from a Samsung and it's excellent for the price. A great 4k picture with vibrant hdr10 and 120hz refresh rate so zero judder. My ps4 pro games really shine on this compared to my older 4k uhdtv. I haven't experienced any clouding, banding or bleeding either. The only reason for 4 stars is that sony opted to leave dolby vision off it. I would still recommend this to anyone planning on upgrading from older non hdr10 models.

The 4K ultra HD with high dynamic range is worth the extra money. Sony features are Super and easy to use. We would recommend this TV to others. Great Picture Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture quality, 4k upscaling is very good compared to others I have seen. HDR works well and the tv feels and looks very premium. Good smart tv system. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The audio is a little lacking, but is ok for normal tv use.

Great buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything is great about this tv except the local dimming and hdr isnt the greatest. The blacks are very deep, color is vibrant and it can get very bright. For a VA panel the angle viewing doesnt degrade too much but its definitely best if you are facing in head on. The local dimming shows light bleed through when viewing video with dark images with bright light, like the opening/ending credits or a video of bright light shining in the night. Being that it is a "sony" (they usually have tje beat refresh rate tech) boasting 120hz native refresh rate coupled with sonys 960motion rate tech... it doesn't look much different than 60hz native with motion rate 240. But I have only compared that to vizio and insignia. For $1300 you cant find much better than this unless you go with the vizio p series which lools better but has an annoying smart cast feature that makes you use your phone tablet to cast. All in all I still love it. Bluray movies look great and some good quality blurays look just like 4k quality. Streaming 4k on netflix doesnt look so great, they look more like a 1080p bluray on a 1080p set. Havent tried a true 4k bluray disc using a 4k player yet so cant rate the look of that. If you want quality from a name you trust go with this tv, even though some brands have models with better picture quality for a more budget friendly price they lack the high end build quality, smart features and reliability that sony offers.

What a TV!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I shopped around for every TV, as it’s my first 4k set. HDR was really my only important option. This set has just about every feature one could ask for. With the right settings, the picture is flawless for every type of content, especially gaming.

Great purchase!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm rather nitpicky when purchasing televisions, and I have been very satisfied with the purchase of this set. Pros: - Solid price point - Easy assembly - Great picture quality - Deep black color - Great motion handling with no issues observed - Enough inputs to keep you occupied - Remote control with voice/speech detection abilities. Perfect for making your way around YouTube or Android TV. - Solid sound quality In my opinion, the only cons with this model are that it does not support bluetooth, and the wifi can be choppy with regards to streaming.

Sony is the best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a big fan of Sony Bravia. Ive had one for 13 years and finally decided to update to the latest Bravia last month. Nice looking, easy to use, great picture. I like the voice recognition remote and I like being able to access Amazon Prime movies too.

Crystal clear picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this TV! The picture is so crystal clear and colors are bright and vibrant. The interface is easy to navigate and response times are pretty quick. The remote is simple and I have been able to get my PlayStation, cable box and DVD player to all connect with it and I don’t really need any of the other remotes (it’s a few extra steps to turn off the PlayStation but it’s worth it not to have a million remote on the coffee table). The TV guide with this remote isn’t quite a good as the TV guide on the cable remote, but again, worth it not have to have to shuffle through a ton of remotes. My only complaint is that Hulu hasn’t updates the tv app to support profiles yet, but that’s a Hulu problem, not with this tv. I’ve already taken advantage of some deals with the google video app to rent some cheap movies and even got a free 4K movie purchase through the app.

great picture, smart tv features slow to respond
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.good looking with best non-oled picture i saw in comparing tvs. biggest negative is the smart tv features are slow and the remote is confusing. get a roku or apple tv and then it doesn't matter as much.

Excellent 4K TV! Great picture quality!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this TV after reading multiple reviews as well as on the advisement of my Best Buy advisor. Sony lives up to its reputation with the 900 series, in picture quality, clarity, cookie richness as well as the depth of black. Excellent purchase!

Hands down Sony makes the best tv's
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's true, I used to be a Panasonic guy, then a vizio guy, then a Samsung guy. This is the third sony tv I bought one 1080p and two different 4k models. This one here is by far my favorite. Running Android 7.0. Beautiful picture, sound and HDR.

Great buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome picture quality out of the box and even better once you dial it in. Standard picture presets look very good, just adjust them slightly to taste and environment (if that's your thing;) Some of them can certainly seem overhyped. Motion handling is the best part of this TV and once you get a grip on how to set it where you like it (talking about soap opera effect here) it really comes alive. It's definitely worth it to do some googling to see how to make the best of all the settings. It looks awesome out of the box, but there's room for improvement as usual. I love how this TV remembers different picture settings for different inputs! 4K Netflix looks awesome, so does the PS4 Pro. Really great picture for half the price of OLED. Upscaling from lower resolution sources is very good, especially if you adjust the picture to your taste. But I don't understand why Netflix HD (not 4K) looks so much better than most if not all cable channels. I have Verizon FIOS which is supposed to be the bees knees. I haven't tried or set up most of the many smart features that this TV offers, but all the basic ones you're likely to use like screen mirroring and YouTube work great thanks to great wifi performance. The remote could be better at this price point honestly. I am really happy with this purchase, thank you Sony and thank you Best Buy!

Excellent 4K HDR Television
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Thus far my new Sony Bravia X900E LED television is performing much to my expectations. With Ultra 4K and HDR, this television is producing wonderful colors. Watching Season One of Hawaii Five-O on Blu-ray is outstanding. I cannot wait to pair the television to an Ultra 4K Blu-ray player with HDR. I have The Martian in 4K HDR waiting in the wings. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the difficulty I had displaying the serial number on screen as the TV was already mounted. I needed the SN for registration but the box had multiple numbers which were unidentified. Instructions on Sony.com were incorrect. What should have been a 5 minute effort, took nearly 30 minutes of hunting and pecking around the options. This was not a good customer experience. Beyond this minor inconvenience, the Sony Bravia X900E is living up to expectations and has promise in providing uncompromising color and clarity.

Bang for your buck!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great tv, had about a month, bought 5/2018. Great color, deep blacks for the price point, hdr works great on Xbox, 4K streaming looks great. Only issue I’ve had is the ARC connection to my Harmon Kardon 5.1 system seems to not work properly at times. Sometimes turning the tv on won’t turn the reciever on, and if the reciever is muted awhile it will disconnect. Worse before the update but not to hard to fix, but of fiddling and it’s fine. Over than that amazing tv super happy, just hope it lasts as long as my last 52” Sony I had 8 years.

Amazing Picture!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a Vizio 4k that started going out. After reviews, decided on this Sony. So glad I did. The whole family can't get over the picture. Its like you are there. I think the HDR and Sony quality really make a difference. Worth the extra cost!
