Unfortunately I bought this on the pretense that it would have the DIRECTV Now app but it doesn't.I set it up and placed above my mantle myself so I rather not bring it down to return.The remote is really slow to respond at times,and the silly display stays on the screen which is so annoying but the picture quality is great.

Picture quality is excellent for this price range. Our family room is bright during the day which does not effect the quality and depth of the screen. Had a Samsung 8000 series at home which we exchanged for this more expensive Sony. Set sound quality is marginal. We connected to Bose system which matches video performance.

I didn't intend to spend this much on a TV but I'm glad I did. This is the punchiest and brightest TV I've ever owned. Some complain about the sound quality. I think it's fine. Overall it is more high tech than I am. I'm constantly discovering new options. I just hope it lasts longer than the 6 years my Panasonic Plasma lasted.

Purchased this 4k 55 inch Sony as a gift because Sony has always been a good product and that is what the person I bought if for has always bought it has a very good picture and he loved it.

I really enjoy this TV set, the contrast and color volume is amazing. I have had 3 different 4k sets now, and I can say unequivocally that this is the best set you can own for under $1500.

A great viewing experience. The picture is fluid when watching hockey and enjoyable cinema mode. Defines the "internet of things" via web integration, apps and built in chrome cast.

Perfect in every way. More expensive than the others at the same size but worth every penny. Did not and would not consider any other.

This TV is clear and concise. The Geek Squad did a perfect job with installation. No complaints at all!!!!

Picture quality is excellent. The operating system is designed and functions well. The only minus is that the processor is not fast enough to run apps, such as YouTube TV, as it lags and freezes compared to running the same apps on Apple TV.

Sony’s picture quality is by far the best television brand that we have ever owned. Best Buy’s sales staff is very knowledgeable of their products and their guidance was appreciated.

Got this for my husband as a Christmas present, he loves it. The picture is so clear, even old black and white programs come in clear.

This was a fabulous purchase for me. A step up from HDTV. Had Geek Squad deliver and set up, with no problems. The difference between this TV and the one I had is like day and night.

I bought this Tv to play the Xbox one X in 4K. Beautiful picture and very clear sound. I would definitely recommend this tv to anyone looking to upgrade. For the price it’s a steal.

I first picked this TV up with a nice holiday open box discount. Settings were important for me so I looked all over for the best customizations I could find online for the picture. What a waste! After 10 hours of trying to optimize, I reset to factory and the picture is brilliant. I paired it with a 4K Apple TV.

Picture clarity is clean and bright, and the sound is very good. I run it to my stereo using the mini-headphone jack for movies, but the in-board speakers are nice enough for everyday.

I wanted to update my TV to a smart TV because I was having problems with a Roku and my WIFI. This television is easy to understand and has all the perks I need to enjoy whatever is on.
