Great picture, slow android apps

I was concerned about motion blur going from Plasma to LED, but I have no complaints with Sony's X-Motion Clarity. Live sports are clear and blur-free. A common complaint is with the slow Android apps. Choppiness is most noticeable on streaming sports. I have tried a few fixes with no improvement. I am sure there are adjustments to make, but it was easier to plug in a Roku 4K Stick. A $50 lazy fix, but I don't want to earn a Master's in Sony TV tweaking.
