Went from plasma to this and so far I am pleased. I read somewhere it actually takes a new TV a bit to get full color right and in my case it was true. Its Android based and very easy to use. Only wish was response from Sony about recent software update not available yet. Haven't begun to explore other program options Sony offers.

We are very pleased with our Sony 55" LED Smart TV. We almost always buy a Sony and this one is as wonderful as every other Sony we have ever owned. The picture quality is outstanding and the colors are true to life also. The size we chose fits perfectly in the only nook available for a tv. Not all makes had this size. If we had a larger space I probably would have bought a larger tv but honestly we wouldn't have needed it. This is just fantastic and we are super pleased.

The tv has bright, vivid color and sharp black contrast. The picture is so clear. Love it!

Upgraded from a 1080 TV. This TV is super slim and the 4K is superb!!! I love how the back is detachable to allow cords thru and how it covers unwanted wiring.

This T.V. could not have a clearer picture or more vibrant colors. Also it is ver easy to operate. Uncomplicated.

The picture is amazing! Kinda expensive but I think is worth it! I don't know why people says that you need a sound bar with this tv. I really don't think you need a sound bar. Just adjust the bass on the sound setting equalizer and you are set. It gets loud! I have a samsung 4.1 sound bar and I think the tv does just fine with out it.

Salesman was excellent! Got it on time! Install (by myself) was almost flawless, but was misinformed about needing an audio return, All is good. It looks like I need a new receiver anyway.

Great tv for the money. Superb UHD picture and the 4k blows me away. A great Smart tv so I was able to move my Roku to a non-smart tv. Would have given 5 stars but viewing from the side loses some contrast and color definition. Viewing "head-on" is stellar!

the design is perfect. quality of the colors is as bright as reality and the sound system is the most lovely one I have ever tried.

I have the 65" version of this TV and needed a smaller one for another room, so got this one and couldn't be happier. I compared this one to this year's model and actually preferred the picture on this one. It may be hard to find this model any more, but if you can, I highly recommend getting this one. The picture is bright and detailed with a natural hue that the Samsung TVs don't seem to have to me. Of course I would prefer an OLED, but you can't find one this size at this price.

This replaced my 50” pl Plasma. This picture works much better in bright conditions. I have no issues with it. I installed this myself, the mounting holes are not centered on the unit sit it sits 2-3” inches lower. It also mount very close to the wall which made connecting cables difficult. I had to contact Sony support wth reguards to the mounting holes and the use of alternative locations, they were no help st all and just kept read the instructions back to me. I have had this four 4 weeks now and love it

Sales people were extremely helpful, demonstrated how to use the remote and the TV. Beautiful picture color and easy to use.

We are really enjoying our new 55" Sony Bravia Smart TV. The picture is really clear from all angles even the far left or right. Sound is good on my model as it is 40 watts internal and the external sound played through my surround system is wonderful. I have only had it since Christmas but have not had any problems. This is my second Bravia and they are great. I hope this one last over 10 years as my first one has so far and is still working like new.

Sony did good with this tv since it covers all the HDR standards and has a great picture!!

Great picture on this tv! Replaced existing Sony Bravia with this unit and have not been disappointed at all. Read all the reviews for the 930E and glad that I settled on this model. Bought this in Dec 2017. Had to order as this unit was not available/displayed at all in Alabama. As with previous Sony products, great quality and easy setup. One suggestion on the sound, recommend sound bar for this tv,...was well worth it. Bought the HT CT800,...don't think you'll be disappointed.

Fit in to the back of my Camry in the box. Very easy setup and the picture is truly great. Honestly worth the money. The speaker in the TV is good but the way that the voices seem to project from the person speaking is a nice surprise. Mostly I use my Bose sound system but the TV sound in good. Little to no reflection on the screen from windows. I really love this TV.

Have a KS8000, this one blows it away. Deeper blacks and brighter picture. HDR content looks great
