Would've been better if all of sony's larger 55" TV's supported HDMI 2.1

We are glad you like the picture quality of the television. There is much confusion about the HDMI versions and concerns about compatibility. For this reason, we do not promote the HDMI versions incorporated on many of our products. Instead, we advertise the features of a product that are associated with a particular HDMI version. For X950H, the TV will support up to 18Gbps signal for 4K HDR.

Extremely Frustrated & Disappointed

On day 8, TV started turning off on its own and I had ZERO sound on streaming channels (Netflix, Amazon & HBO Max). I called Sony & was told this could be due to a mechanical flaw which probably explains why the TV was a Geek Squad Certified Excellent-open box item. I am unfortunately spending hours of my day trying to resolve with Best Buy over the phone and since I live alone, I had to pay someone to deliver and assemble the TV & returning to my local store will not be an easy task. BIG QUESTION...Do I exchange for a brand new Sony 950H or go with another brand....extremely frustrated & disappointed!
