The delivery arrangement and actual delivery was very well handled, again prompt and on time. So far the TV has proved to be as advertised... except there are accessories that are not included, cables, etc that the instructions encourage the buyer to use, but are not included. When inquiring at your electronic accessory department, your answer is that you do not handle accessories nor would you order it for me. That is not very good business and disappointing.
