Amazing screen! Do not waste your time on the other brands/models that trick you. This new unit has an 8 core cpu that does not compromise like the other brands.

Big disappointment

We had our local TV installation shop come and set it up for us. The TV kept turning itself off after being on for a couple of minutes. The installer tried several different things to try and get it working but he was not able to. We have had Sony TV's for many years and never had any trouble with them. After we returned the Sony, we went with Samsung.

First one delivered with damages screen ,no problem as Best buy quickly picked up and redelivered a new one. Has the HBO Max ap not available on LG.

The tv is well constructed but the trim around the tv looked dated. The picture was bright and colorful. However the images or figures/faces were off or blurry and not clear and the tv looked like it could not keep up with the images on screen while watching hd tv. I even used a professional calibration unit to get the picture just right. I am sorry to say this tv fell flat and I was not impressed so this tv was returned 12/17/20. I am comparing this tv to the tv I just purchased the Hisense H8G QLED which has a far better picture out of the box price was also $560. Sony X950H $1299

Awesome but with bugs

Incredibly annoyed by the tv's insistence in knowing my email address and password. I received a potential identity theft warning from my email provider after setting up this tv in my home. The warning suggested I immediately change my email password, which I did. Since then, however, this Sony/Android/goggle tv has been interrupting my over the air broadcasts, Netflix streaming shows, and VUDU streaming every few minutes to ask me to re-enter my email password. You can resume the shows by ignoring the tv prompts without giving the tv your pw, but this is incredibly annoying, I would NOT buy this tv again for this reason alone. I do NOT recommend this tv to others.
