I had the H9G Hisense TV and took it back and got the Sony 950H. The Hisense had a great picture but I kept getting dirty screen effect on the last 2 I had purchased. So I just decide to go with the Sony 950H 55". It has the picture I wanted and no dirty screen effect as it is almost double the price but I think it is worth it. I do not Game on it as I wanted it for mostly movies & TV. It does a great job for that. The picture is just beautiful.........................

You know what made this even better??? Got an open box geek squad certified for what was as the saying goes " A DEAL YOU COULDN'T REFUSE" ha ha ha, I love movies and TV (not a gamer so 2.1 HDMI not an issue) and my living room is moderately lit, tv sounds good but I run a 5.2 surround (B&W MARANTZ AND PARADIGM 10 SUBS) so watching movies at home is a blast ( I CAN SIT ON THE SOFA ORDER OUT AND ENJOY IN MY BOXERS LOL) , I DEFINITELY WANT TO THANK MY LOCAL BEST BUY REPS!!!

Great black levels. Streaming apps are incredibly fast to use with almost no lag when switching from one service to another. Google Assistant on the remote works great as well. I like the option to set the feet in either wide or a more narrow position based on what your stand/furniture width is.

Had it delivered with no set-up and had no problem doing it myself. Best Buy should ensure their links to setting up this TV actually work, or stop sending emails that offer this information. Sony should also offer videos on their website showing how easy set-up is because it's easier then it looks. My only suggestion for the product itself is a backlit remote. Glad it has AirPlay now for casting Facetime. We had to buy an Apple TV device for the 950E to cast from our iPhone.

I'm still trying to figure out the remote functions. Dola was the gentleman who delivered and installed the TV. He was great and super helpful when made a follow up call to him with questions on how to sync my cable remote to my surround sound receiver. Still trying to figure it out but Dola was helpful and offered to provide further assistance by phone if I need it. Well done!

Sports are great on this TV

TV Set up in no time flat. Sound bar, 4 HDMI connections for games, satellite, DVD were easy to configure. Only issue is that I'll need a universal remote since our soundbar was not on the Sony Preferred list. We have watched golf, hockey, basketball, and a ton of soccer and the color, refresh rate, and sharpness are amazing.

I would have bought another one, but the picture is not as good on the new ones. Just a great picture. I also really liked the way the remote functioned as compared to last years model. The only thing I didn't like about this is the legs. No way to hide the cables and the set up with the other legs was a lot better.

This tv replaced a 14yr old 50” Pioneer Kuro Plasma that we still enjoy in another rm. The Sony Oled offers similar depth of picture as the plasma, something LED panels seem to lack. Fast action Sports, OTA signals all look excellent. 4K streaming is impressive. TV is used with a Sonos Beam sound bar. The speakers are ok, sound bar makes a difference.
