Excellent Picture, Poor Sound Control

Had the Bose sound system installed but it does not work properly. Also, the TV shuts off randomly by itself even though the sleep timer is OFF. Called the technician who set up our TV but he hasn't returned our call yet. It's been a week!!! Disappointed in follow up especially with these problems which are beyond our ability to correct.

It’s in a room with a lot of windows and even with the sunshine, it’s pretty solid in the brightness. Very nice at night. Little thicker on the back of the TV, which is surprising. Normally it wouldn’t be a factor but it’s visible from the side when you walk into the room. But that’s the only downside so far. Go Steelers.

I have had very good experience with all my Sony products and decided to go back to Sony. From customer service (especially during Covid situation), to delivery to taking away my old TV Best Buy did great. The TV is so awesome to watch. My family is into sports and the picture is so sharp. Thank you.

Picture quality in 4k is breathtaking, and 1080p content is also amazing. One complaint I have is that like most TVs for some reason, the power connector is in the rear of the TV instead of on the side with the rest of the connections. It just feels like a hindrance if you even need to remove or replace the cable for whatever reason.

Will most likely never buy anything besides a Sony from now on. Picture blows the Samsung and the Other off brand they talked me into and I returned. In this case you really do get what you pay for.

I wouldn't trade it for any other. I have children so I decided to stay away from oled tv and not worry about burn in. Speakers are better than most. You always need a sound bar but you can get by without one if need be. Picture quality is amazing. Netflix content looks great and presenting for Netflix make it a breeze.

This includes the new Sony 56" TV, the eero wireless system and Ring door bell. As well as relocating my 48" Sony to the study and adding Roku sticks to all three TV's.

We always purchase sony products and have never been disappointed. We were lucky enough to purchase this television because some one else did not pick it up. The only problem we had was we had to travel about fifty miles each way to get it. Needless to say it was worth it to get the television we wanted right away.
