Over all this tv is very Good but not excellent.

I missed half of GOT because I couldn't see the night scenes!!! Not with this TV because light source is different from other TVs. That's why it's a little more expensive but worth the price.

Picture is great and the colors are beautiful and accurate. Very pleased with my purchase. Always bought Sonys, bought a Samsung about 5 years ago which was pretty good, but am back to purchasing Sonys.

We specifically chose the 55 in Sony Bravia because we were happy with our previous 13 year old 40 in HDTV Sony Bravia. We looked at similar models and after careful deliberation we chose the X950H.

Good remote. The speakers are pretty good too, however, I'm using a Sonos Arc with this TV, which I'm using mostly for streaming movies and only for occasionally OTA broadcast shows.

I thought the picture on our old LG was good but this one is amazing, such a difference. We're really happy with this purchase. Had it installed on fireplace by Best Buy and the installers were very professional and did a really good job installing it. I would definitely recommend this TV and recommend Best Buy's employees who installed it.

This TV has so much better picture and none of the issues that I had with the Samsung period it was easy to set up and the picture quality is excellent.. it was definitely worth the $400 upgrade over the Samsung.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.picture is great. only 2 input hdmi and limited options created a block for my old cd player. at times the sound cuts out and I have to change input source to get it back but I think this may be the sound bar. speakers are good and little difference with the sound bar. if putting in a corner, the input plugs are hard to reach and you may want longer cords to help with access

Everything from the picture that pops and sound was ok but definitely the sound bar with Dolby Atmos feels like I’m in a movie theater.

While the Samsungs, LGs, Hisences are good, I find their picture to be overly bright in sacrifice of accuracy. Sony just gets it right. Sony is the Rolls Royce, the others are Ferraris.

Sony has great picture with exception of dark corners on screen on some shows. Would have rated Sony X950H as best TV of 2020 If only the corners were better, and If Sony included an ATSC 3 tuner and 4 HDMI 2.1 ports. They include an ATSC 3 tuner in their cheaper 900 series tv, and also 1 HDMI 2.1 port. What a mistake to exclude them from their flagship model! Will decide if I am going to keep the Sony, or return it and wait for 2021 models which may include these features to make TV less immediately obsolete.
