||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a new SONY Bravia Telivision and per best Buy's suggestion, removed my panasonic 5.1 surround system and bought the SONY sound bar system. I was told the SONY sound bar and TV were paired to work best together and that the sound quality would be better. I also paid for Best buy to set it up. After the installers set it up, we noticed that after a while the sound would get delayed (not match the lips moving on the TV. The Best Buy Geek Squad techs, came back out, and added additional cabling, and tried to adjust the processing speed on the sound bar, but after they left, the problem persists. If the sound bar is turned off and back on, it syncs back up, but after an hour or so it gets further and further behind. It is very irritating.

Overall the quality seems to be good. Haven't had my issues to date. Note we were able to save an additional 200 since the tv went on sale a week after we bought it. Thanks Best Buy!!!
