We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the great sound and reliable performance of your new BRAVIA 3! To improve the pixelation in dark scenes, we recommend adjusting the Random noise reduction and Digital noise reduction settings to "Low" or "Auto" in the Picture menu. This should help smooth out those dark areas for an even better viewing experience.

Hi Cruz, Great! You definitely made the right choice! We are happy to hear our BRAVIA 3 suits your needs and expectations! Glad to know that you are having an enjoyable watching experience with this TV and that you were assisted professionally. We recommend to keep the TV upright during transport. Transported flat in a vehicle is prone to vibrations that could potentially crack or damage the TV screen.
