Couldn't get disney Plus, and netflix would crash. Solid tv. Good picture. Easy access to apps and screen casting. Have had it for a few weeks. But seems decent. Was told the picture quality would be better than the samsung i replaced it with. But it seems comparible.

Very nice TV

Installing the legs to the bottom of television set was cumbersome and confusing. Once the legs were correctly installed, we found that the TV tilted forward significantly; we rigged shims under the front on both sides to tilt the TV back and level it out. We configured settings to bring up last device viewed; however, the set sporadically goes to the Home Screen instead of cable box HDMI 1 when we turn it on after turning off from watching cable box. This necessitates using the TV remote along with our universal remote, which is confusing and inconvenient,

I bought it originally for the picture quality, but I’ve been loving the sound quality!! It’s very clear dialogue and volumes are great. The picture quality is crisp and bright, does pretty well in a bright room with minimal glare. Dark room the color really stands out. Great tv!! Look forward to buying more Sony products to build on my setup.

I got this for my master bedroom, but I didn’t want to spend a lot of money for a bedroom. So I went with this one. It exceeded my expectations by a lot. Way better picture and brighter than I thought it would be. Now I want to get a 83” for my living room.

I love the setting options, there are so many! My partner can easily switch to his gaming system from watching TV and there is no issue. It was even easy to set up our old sound bar. Love this TV, definitely prefer it to our old TCL. Best Buys protection plan, their customer service, the Geek Squad and the technicians that installed and hauld away our last TV were all fantastic. Good Picture and sound. Solid App integration

We also purchased this TV for a short-term rental condo in Myrtle Beach. Specifically, what I really like about this TV is its integration with various apps, such as YouTubeTV, YouTube, AcornTV, and BritBox. In particular, the ability to fast-forward through commercials within YouTubeTV is far superior to the same operation on an AppleTV box. As you might expect, each app handles the individual operations slightly different, but in general, the operation is very intuitive. Going back to one remote is also very convenient and provides more options than the AppleTV remote did. Size is great. My son commented on how much clearer the box displays were during the SuperBowl. The screen saver collection is much better than what we had on our AppleTV, though I must admit that it is a bit annoying that it keeps displaying the temperature in Myrtle Beach instead of our local temperature. The time is correct, but the temperature is wrong. This is a bug in ChromeCast, though I haven't been able to correct it. I suspect that it is related to using the same account and it is possible that most users will not experience the same problem. Finally, appreciated the simple integration with the Sony SoundBar. Plug in two cables and your done.

The also have an image burn-in problem, a relic of plasma and projection TVs. The Full Array LED picture is bright, stunning, and ultra sharp. If your viewing area is light and bright, this is a total entertainment center. Auto dimmngnwt night option. Be sure to get a good sound bar and subwooer.

I bought this for the built in sound. I don't need a sound bar, and did not want the extra device, remote and clutter. The sound is even/level across all streaming apps on the TV, which we did NOT get on several previous sound bars. where the sound would vary greatly. No, it does not give theater sound, but is great for all the streaming apps and live TV. Very happy with this purchase.

Sony is pricey but for good reason. Their TV’s last forever, their quality is unmatched, this TV’s refresh rate makes water falls seem real and the brightness and definition will have you feeling like you are in a theater. By far the best bang for your buck.

As close to OLED picture without being an OLED

Sony is well renowned for having the best video processors in their tvs. My wife and i watched several of our favorite, older movies (Alien, Terminator, etc) and they all looked like newer films. Very bright and natural. About as good as it hets without being an OLED. I am very particular about audio and video quality.
