Ed was very helpful he guided me in the right direction. Told me that other brands are going downhill and that I should invest with Sony. I told him my budget and he was able to offer me a great deal with a discounted sound bar as well.

Nice picture, 4k is great when streaming. Have not been able to pair to my iPad yet and that’s a bummer.

The tv glitches on us and it really makes me nervous. Not sure what the issue is but for the price I really think that is not acceptable
Hi CraigW, We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your TV. This is definitely not what we wanted you to experience. We'd like to verify some details so we can assist you better. Can you describe to us the issue with your TV? Does it happen when you on the TV's home screen? Does it also happen when watching from your input devices? Does it do the same when watching from streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube?
If you're experiencing the issue while the TV is on the home screen, make sure that the power cord is plugged in properly. Consider other outlets if possible. If it happens when watching from your input devices, make sure that the cables are connected properly.
In the mean time, kindly perform power reset on your TV. This can help refresh your TV's system, If the issue still occur, please perform factory reset on your TV. The television and soundbar both are very nice and work well. I feel that the television that we came in to buy was disparaged by the salesperson without us really having the opportunity to check it out, and we were upsold to the set that we purchased. We are happy with our purchase, yet I feel that disparaging a brand is not good sales practice.

I love my tv so much, probably the best purchase I’ve Made this year. Only complaint I have would be the sound quality, not as good but the rest of the features definitely make up for it! Nothing a good surround sound couldn’t fix.

This was purchased as a gift to son and family. They really are enjoying this purchase. This was not the original TV that we were going to buy, but after speaking with the employee, this was the best purchase for them within our budget.

Bought this tv 2 months ago based on the reviews. Picture, color, and brightness were great. On the 60th day, tv died, no power. Troubleshooted and called the service center for repair in Houston. Spent $1000 and am looking at another $740 in repairs. Very disappointed...

There's much to appreciate about this tv but setting it up was not easy and I'm still having trouble getting the sound and character's mouths to be in sync and the color isn't as vibrant as it was in the store. Trying to fix these two things oaths tv has proven difficult.

If the audio and video on your TV are out of sync or there's an audio delay, please try some solutions below: Make sure that the TV has the latest system software (firmware) installed. If watching a TV program, try changing the channel to see if the problem occurs on other channels; if it only occurs on one channel, then the issue is with the broadcast. Make sure all cables are securely connected to the TV and the source device. Try playing a different video source to determine if the issue occurs with other connected devices. Set the Game Mode to Off when watching TV or playing a DVD or BD. Set the Game Mode to On when playing a video game. Perform a power reset on the TV. If there is a home theater system and a digital optical cable is used in the connection, manually change the Audio/Video Sync or Audio Delay setting on the home theater system (if available).
