We regret that we didn't got the chance to troubleshoot the problem. The TV display may vary depending on the source device, connection and content you are watching. This issue may be resolve by adjusting the picture settings which allows a wide array of changes to color, contrast, motion settings, and brightness that can improve the viewed content on your TV. While this was bright and great for daytime viewing, it was too bright at night even at min brightness with ambient backlighting. Picture quality was meh and did not justify the price. Bought the Sony A80k and are much happier.

Wasted $1k

Was going to put sonys in every room of the house now I'll never buy one again because they obviously don't hold their value.

Poor Picture

Bought it and got it home found it was very hard to adjust, the main problem was the picture was very grainy and out of focus. The tv was constantly trying to re-focus. No matter what I adjusted it was to no avail. After a 3 hour session trying to fine tune it I gave up and brought it back to the store. I exchanged it for an LG C2 series, great tv! Save yourself some time and get the LG TV.
