The picture quality is great and we enjoy the reliability. Operating system is a little slow and sometimes gets confused. Thought it might be our internet connection but when tested, the internet speed is find. Would be nice if Sony made the user interface more friendly.

Bought this TV for a new place and it was on a special. It has great picture quality and contrast. It's not an OLED, but then again I paid about 1/4 the price of an OLED or a QLED. Highly recommended for a large screen but low price TV.

Size is good,has a lot of features, very easy to set up.

Sony has never let me down when it comes to electronics. I stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to move my curved Samsung tv to my bedroom and upgraded the living room tv to the Sony! Picture quality is amazing by comparison, especially in fast moving scenes while watching cable. Video games look awesome, and the HDR and 4k colors are amazing as well.

I love the picture. Good sound. Easy setup. I use antenna and cable and dvd. I also use older home theater system. I have not figured out how to mirror or chromecast from my phone or chromebook yet. I would recomend this tv to anyone.

My wife and I are doing some updating on the house. Not a renovation but refreshing. If my updating is a 65 inch class 8series television, let's go! I had a couple of manufacturers in mind but nothing set in stone. We spoke to Ruairidh in the television section and he pointed out a couple of details that cemented the sale. He certainly kmows his stuff. My wife's only concern was I might be disappointed when we got home because the might be showing signal that wouldn't be replicated. Not to worry! The first thing to show when we got it set up was an NBA game. OMG! The picture was amazing! I changed the channel and there was a NHL game. The picture and sound were as good as what we saw in the store. We have never had a bad experience with a salesperson at the Williston store. Bravo.

this is one outstanding tv. picture is outstanding best buy helped with speakers and this makes it even better . set up was pretty much straight forward great price on a great tv

The quality of this Sony tv is great, set up was easy, and the quality of the picture is wonderful. The associate that helped me had good knowledge, and was very helpful. Will be coming back to Best Buy for future purchases.

Bought as a gift for my husband. Great picture, easy to set up and use. Be very careful moving it, the screen is very thin. My brother had the same tv and while moving, touched the corner of the screen when picking it up and completely cracked the entire screen with his thumb! Other than that, highly recommended

This smart tv is perfect in every way. The colors are spot on and beautiful to view. Setup was easy to do and picture quality is awesome!

the picture is great. there's nothing really wrong with the remote, but its not really designed for true multifunction tv viewing. if you plan to replace any existing remote and want to use for ffw and rew, be prepared for the smallest little buttons that you will always have to look down at before you press.

This tv is awesome! I am glad we spent the extra money and got the sound bar though, the sound without it is not great. That is the only downside. If you buy this make sure you get the sound bar. That is the only thing that kept me from rating it a 5. Picture is great! Apps are awesome! Love love love this tv!

I like the color and quality of this tv. It’s easy to set up and get started. My only complaint is the “bird leg” stand it’s on, it’s not pretty and doesn’t go with the tv itself. I almost Returned the tv because of it.

watching football on this is great. all the apps ill ever need and yes regular youtube no more roku. this is a tv with a regular input for an antenna. glad I went with sony to go with all my other sony stuff, playstation and home theater. .

Love me some Sony TVs. Wanted to upgrade to some 4k and did plenty of research. Tend to only buy Sony’s or Samsung’s. In this the Sony stood out from the rest. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Wow! Once I got it out of my head to pay the lowest possible price for the biggest possible screen - and started looking at quality of the picture, features, and overall specs - I'll never go back to the bare minimum. Don't get me wrong - I'm not made of money - we only have one TV, so I'm glad I got one with some nice features. The built in wifi is very fast. It has many apps. It senses when I turn on my Roku and automatically goes to that input (so I don't have to manually choose an input). Although I use a soundbar, the built in sound is quite good. It has multiple HDMI's, and inputs. Beautiful picture. Very satisfied with this TV - far from 'high end' but a nice upgrade from the lowest end I ususally look for.

My husband wanted a decent tv to watch college football on. So far he has been satisfied with it. The sound is o.k. but I would recommend a sound bar for this t.v. the picture is great, although some commercials, or the beginning of a program may not be quite up to par(don't know if grainy is the correct term). It adjusts quickly though, within 10 seconds. I feel that the t.v. was a little overpriced at $1399 (on sale). Personally I would prefer an OLED but they're out of our price range at this time, lol.

I had to replace an older Sony 4K Bravia TV due to storm damage. While I loved my old TV and wasn't in the market for a new one, this one exceeded my expectations. Colors are richer, blacks are blacker. Excellent contrast. And its the first Android TV I've ever had so there are lots of smart apps built right in. Just connect to the Internet, and you're set to go! The dark brushed metal look is also very attractive. An all around great TV if you're considering a TV in this range and specs.
