I have had good luck with Sony products, and so far this 65" Model 900E TV is working well. The only issue I think should be pointed out is some minor motion blur in the upper center of the screen. A call to Sony tech support did not help the issue, and I'm not sure how common this is among this class of TV. Also, the Android operating system could use some usability improvements, and it would be great to be able to program the remote quick buttons. Overall I think it was a great purchase.

This tv has a very nice picture. Had to replace a broken Samsung. The Samsung seemed brighter with darker blacks and the remote was easier to use. I'm hoping the Sony is made better and lasts longer than the less than 2 year old Samsung.

Let me start off by saying I've always been a Samsung guy...TV, phone, sound bar, Bluray, etc. I never considered another brand when thinking upgrade. I was going from a 60" set to a 65" 4K, and I absolutely knew 100% that the set I was getting was the curved MU8000 and nothing was gonna change my mind. I was wrong. I started doing research on the x900e and started realizing it might be the better set. The 2 things that set me over to the Bravia side were the motion quality results and the back lit screen. It's a far superior picture across the board. Brilliant colors, bright whites (the brightness on this set is just fine, despite what you may read), deep blacks, and once tweaked, near flawless motion processing. Way better than the Samsung. So, here I am, watching the 4K GoPro channel on YouTube, drooling, watching on my -- gulp -- Sony TV. And I don't regret it at all.

Great picture on this TV, looks great with the super thin bezels. Android TV with Google Assistant is fun and easy to use.

Have lived with older smaller TV for 7 years and wanted to upgrade when we moved--easy decision! This Sony has a tremendous picture! And a shout out to the great delivery team that arrived on time and quickly and professionally brought TV into the condo!. Finally, kudos to the Best Buy team in Manchester that allowed me to stop in multiple times and ask many questions--always had smiles and were quick to show their own excitement about this Sony! I am a happy loyal customer of this location!

I love the picture on this. The reviews were right and the OS is t the greatest and has a lag after you select something.

Did not set a budget at first. I started with OLED and worked my way down to the premium 4k TVs which included the 9000 series Samsung and LG and Both 900 series Sony Tvs. After deciding that Android interface was superior to Samsung and LG it was between the 2 Sony’s. After extensive tinkering in the store I made the choice of Value over negligible picture. The difference was so minimal that I knew once I got it home that I would never know. So the 900e was the clear overall winner.

Easy to set up and good colors. The various set ups are somewhat challenging for me. Wish there was an easy way to do it.

Great Picture and I got it at a good price. Best 4K TV. I returned another TV just to purchase because it went on sale.

Love the picture quality and ease of use. There are so many great features. Anyone would be pleased with this purchase.

After my techie son talked me out of a different tv, that was cheaper, I bought this one. My 60" samsung didn't even last 4 years! I have 2 other sonys in the house that have been going strong for over 5 years. So I'm giving it a go. The picture is crystal clear. Easy set up

The picture on this TV is excellent and at a balanced price point compared to OLED TV’s. My only complaint is the Android TV software. It is often slow to respond to user input and sometimes wont immediately connect to your home internet, even when wired with ethernet. I recommend using a separate device via HDMI for apps to alleviate this problem with Android TV (this was my intent anyways). Sound quality is good. This TV can also playback MKV files with ease, via a USB port.

We were blown away by great picture in the store. I love the narrow edges and great price. I would highly recommend.

This Television has a great picture and a great sound. The price was very reasonable for the size and quality of tv.

Sony 900e is just great at everything. When calibrated it has amazing deep black levels, vibrant colors and a super clear 4k picture and the HDR is unreal. Speakers give decent sound. It may not beat an OLED but it's so close especially from 10 feet back and that makes the value so much better than an OLED. Love the TV

If I could, i'd purchase an OLED TV, but life isn't that simple ($$$$). So the next best option, this Sony TV. The colors are realistic, quality is crisp, picture is beautiful. Would highly recommend this TV. Mess around a little with the settings as every room/environment is different and require different settings.

I have nothing negative to say. This tv lived up to it’s hype and then some. Great clarity, Black/white contrast, and the color is impeccable. Could’ve went with the xbr930e but for a much higher price margin, the picture quality was minimally better. I would suggest looking at it side by side in the store. Family and friends are very pleased with the entertainment experience.

Nice picture. Large display. Fits great in the living Room. Easy to use. Love Sony, always had good luck with them.

The TV was very easy to set up and get running. The picture is very clear - so much better than our 4-year-old TV!

After a lot of review reading and debating, chose this over the LGs, Samgsungs, and Visios. The Visio ones were cheaper but the Sony brand and the specifics of this model made my purchase decision. I've never had any problems with Sony and love this TV. Set up was easy and the quality of the piece looks great. Picture looks good enough for my wants. Only thing that I think could use some improvement is the UI for apps/features. Other than that, no problems/complaints.
