Instructions included not as clear as they could be, but after a bit of trial and error was able to install and get everything up and running properly on our own. Picture and sound quality are excellent and the consume reviews on these products are also very good. We did have a couple of follow up conversations with our salesman who was very helpful all the way through the process.

Had a 55" Bravia 800 series for a week but was lacking something. Had no problem returning it and purchased a Sony 900 series Bravia 65". Of course the size makes a difference but the picture quality is impressively better.

Amazing product. Very close to OLED performance and for the price, easily the best. Build quality is top notch. Not a fan of Android OS, but can't beat having the apps you need on Android TV. Delivered in perfect condition.

Love this set! Was easy to set up and get watching. Easy connect to my other devices. Also have it on my Logitech Harmony remote. This is my 8th or 9th Sony. I’ve never had one break an always pleased with their technology!

This TV is awesome. The picture is very sharp and when we connect to wi-fi, we can control This TV by our voice. That’s very cool for us.Also the sounds system is good enough for home theater. This is a perfect smart TV .

We were looking for a large tv for our new home. This one seemed to be the best one for the price. My husband spent countless hours researching this item and found that it was a great choice for what we were looking for.

It took me 2 TV’s exchange. Not sorry about it. If you have Comcast and if you would like to watch Netflix in 2160 video resolution you need to order a new box. It is amazing picture and great audio return sound. Like it

Th picture on this tv is fantastic. The set is very easy but does require a Google account. The menu system is intuitive and easy. I have had a Sony TV for the past 30 years and had a consistent great experience with them.

I own 6 Sony 4K recent model 55" and 65" Sony TV's. And I say for the money this TV is best reasonably priced 4K TV Sony makes. And most likely of any brands out there. It is like OLED - not quite there, but close. Buy it before they end the model. Great Buy.

Brilliant colors and deep blacks. Depth of picture is impressive. The Logitech remote that came with the extended warranty is excellent and is an upgrade from the Sony remote. Would recommend this TV in a heartbeat!

I bought this TV to replace a 70" Vizio. I was worried about going from a 70" to a 65" but the picture on this Sony TV is so amazing that I don't even notice the decrease in size. The Picture settings are top notch out of the box. The only settings I've played with are the motion settings to either diminish or increase the soap opera effect to match the content. The Android TV smart platform is pretty good but I still prefer the ease of use of the Roku streaming stick plus I paired it with.

We were looking for a TV and we had a great salesman that explained that for our 900 series TV it was much better than a 700 series and he is absolutely correct! Sharpness when playing video games or watching football!

We had a Sony TV that was 7 years old and decided to upgrade to another Sony big screen. Glad we stayed with a Sony!! Beautiful picture and absolutely no complaints.

This television is astounding. From the moment we hooked it up and starting watching movies, streaming NetFlix and Amazon and playing in 4K on the Xbox One X it's been amazing. If you're new to 4K like me, make sure you manually go in and enable HDR, 4:4:4, or something similar on your receiver, and enable it on the TV. We thought it looked amazing before. I expected it to just automatically detect it. But, now that everything's set for HDR, it's breathtaking. It rivals being in a theater, IMO.

Nice picture, like most of the apps. Difficult to find some of the tv settings, manual does not explain very much. Have figured most of it out. Good tv, hope it lasts as long as old Sony - still good after 12 years.

You'd be hard pressed to find a better TV under $2k than this one. With dark blacks, it's great for gaming, movies, etc. It's as nice as a panel money can buy before breaching OLED territory. I highly recommend it!

This is a great 65 inch TV for the price. It has beautiful crisp clear pictures in high definition and even in standard definition. It is very easy to use and I have had absolutely no issues with it. I have owned several Sony with no issues. I bought the compatible Blu-ray player and it works very well with the TV The remote control is small, laid out well and easy to navigate. I had the geek squad Saturday up and they did an outstanding job
