We love this TV the colors are so sharp and vibrant!

Bought my tv over Black Friday. Was considering this one or the Samsung MU8000. Even though I am Samsung Everything guy, decided to go with this Sony tv because it was almost half off its regular price, despite it still being more than the MU8000 after its own discount. I'm okay with the tv. The sound really sucks! Picture quality is okay depending on what the source is. Some channels are set up for for full 4k hd and picture looks really good, simply awesome. But most channels are not broadcasting at 4k hd and you're like, "why the heck did i buy this tv" because at the 65" size things can look quite blotchy and not as sharp as my 40" tv. But when you get the 4k ready stations or pop in a movie, the pictures are simply amazing. Best I've seen on any tv. Viewing angle on this tv is limited. You don't have to move far off center to start seeing a lot of washed out grey in colors. Ultimately, I bought this at a discount and think I got a pretty decent tv.

This is my 3rd Sony TV. The first was a 27" CRT that I bought in 1995. The second was an XBR-50 that I bought in 2005. That was a big upgrade in size and clarity. A little while after the warranty had expired the TV started to exhibit a green shift. I called Sony and they said that it was a known issue and that they would take care of it, no charge, even though it was out of warranty. I was pleasantly surprised. So when it came to to jump to 4K, I did my due diligence on LG, Samsung, Vizio. I thought the Samsungs looked great in the store and had great features, but read way too many negative reviews on their customer service. That was a deal-breaker for me. I was leaning toward the LG until I saw the clarity of the Sony's picture head to head with it. The motion accuracy seems better to my eye. After a few months of research and in-person comparisons, I went with the Sony. I've had it two weeks now and it is everything I had hoped for. The textures jump off the screen at you and the details are amazing. Setup was not an issue. I laugh at people who buy things and give them a five star review before they even get them out of the box, so I'm giving this four stars because I have not owned it long enough for any issues to present themselves.

The clarity of the picture is superb. The wide range of colors are amazing and this TV is simple to set up and operate. I love how easy it is to switch between live TV and the internet.

Tv has an amazing picture best TV i have bought yet

Great picture, great size, deep blacks, extrememly clear HD, Number of hdmi ports work well. Connects very well (automatically) with other Sony products, DirecTV, and video games. The price is very good for this model and features. The only downside is that the sound is poor. You must use a sound bar, or it takes away from the overall TV experience.

This TV is easy to set up and use. But most importantly it has amwesome picture quality. After watching a movie on it with my neighbor she was so impressed with the picture she went to Best Buy to buy one also.

After alot of researching for a tv with a great picture at an affordable price, i purchased this Sony tv. The picture is outstanding and was very easy to set up. This tv meets and exceeds my expectations.

Excellent picture quality. Extremely sharp! Easy to set up, surprisingly light, can't believe I didn't buy SONY first. Would recommend this TV to anyone looking to buy one. Nothing negative to say about it.
